I got this litter box to replace my old one, and so far it’s been great. The setup was super easy — it took me less than five minutes to put everything together. The design is cute and doesn’t look bulky or awkward in the room. Odor control is surprisingly good. I barely notice any smell even after a couple of days, which wasn’t the case with my previous box. The cleaning works smoothly, and there’s no leftover litter stuck in the drum. It also has waste drawer that can hold quite a bit, so I don’t have to empty it all the time. Overall, it’s been working really well. My cat adjusted to it right away, and I’m happy with how clean it keeps the area. Definitely worth it if you want something easy to use and that keeps the smell under control.

I had been reviewing automatic litter boxes and considering the Litter Robot, but their latest version is $900! I found this one and based on the good reviews decided to give it a try. I've only had it up and running for 1.5 weeks so I can't comment on long-term maintenance and durability, but so far I am thrilled. Pros: - Very easy setup of the machine itself; app setup could be a little more intuitive for things like adding the second cat but I eventually figured it out. - Very quiet when cleaning; most of the noise during the cleaning cycle is from the litter and waste shifting. - I am using FreshStep clumping litter and it's working flawlessly, no issues with waste getting stuck in awkward places. - One of my cats made the switch to the new box almost immediately, the other one was more cautious. Happy to say that she warmed up to it and I was able to take away the manual box last night. Cons: - The footprint is larger than standard litter box and it needs clearance around it, so might not work if your space is limited. - Despite it's size there is actually less litter area inside; both of my cats need to poop with their heads sticking out. That said, they have both adapted to this new position. - No paper instructions came with the box, and surprisingly none of the supplied QR codes pointed at the app download or instructions on how to acclimate your cats. I had to hunt them down myself online. - The app is great once you figure it out, but some things were very unintuitive (like adding the second cat). - There also doesn't seem to be an easy way to remove pets. I initially added one cat based on his weight from a few months ago, but turns out he had lost more weight and the box wasn't recognizing him. I had to add a third profile with the new weight and cannot figure out how to delete the lower-weight profile. I will try to update this review after a few months, but so far highly recommend for an automated litter box at this price point.

’d heard that automated litter boxes were supposed to make cat care easier, and the Auto Cat Litter Doom Box mostly lives up to that reputation. It’s practical, easy to set up, and does a good job of keeping things cleaner than a traditional box. While it’s not perfect, it’s definitely a solid upgrade for anyone tired of daily scooping. The setup was straightforward and didn’t take long. My cat adjusted to it within a few hours, which was a pleasant surprise. The odor control works well — it keeps smells to a minimum, and I don’t notice that “litter box smell” lingering around the house anymore. The automatic cleaning function runs quietly and does what it’s supposed to, which helps reduce the need for constant attention. The design also helps limit mess. Litter stays mostly contained, and the waste compartment is easy enough to empty and wipe down. Overall, maintenance has become simpler, which I appreciate. My only complaint is the size. The unit is bigger than I expected, and it takes up quite a bit of floor space. Because of that, I couldn’t use the step mat that came with it — there just wasn’t enough room in my setup. It’s not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind if space is tight. In the end, the Auto Cat Litter Doom Box isn’t flawless, but it makes daily cleanup easier and keeps odors under control. If you’ve got enough room for it, it’s a worthwhile option that can simplify cat care without much hassle.
