Many times things aren't as advertised. Once Our stand arrived, We unpacked the Umbrella. Set-up was super easy, just like the video clip showed. Hand crank mechanism is easy open, and close. Provides great coverage, and size is as advertised. The design, and materials used seems to make it sturdy. While We like the color purchased (Blue), would have liked an alternative Red color offered as a choice. We will store during off seasons when not in use, so not sure of the longevity, or how the materials will hold up to the UV rays. Our only other wish would have been a strap of some sorts to keep the Umbrella secure when stored. Good value for the money, and would buy from these folks again.

Definitely long enough and unfolds/folds easily with the crank. My only criticism is that it isn't quite wide enough for our purposes to provide shade in our pool.

The media could not be loaded. This umbrella is not waterproof I have had umbrellas in the past that I could sit out in the rain and water not get on me, but this one there's no way.Water is leaking from everywhere. Do not buy if you're looking for something is that's waterproof because this one is absolutely not. Now I have to find a box to put this thing in and send it back.
