I have had multiple surgeries on both my low back and neck... So this is pleanty big enough to cover both areas. It also gets nice and hot, which is great. After waking up, I have to lay on this for a while, to sort of wake up my body and get it moving... Its wonderful and I know when I get hot enough, that its time for me to start the day. I am a massive connisour of heating pads because of my spine issues. I have had so many of them over the years, and I would buy this one 10 times over!

The media could not be loaded. I love this. The quality appears to be good but I would say it could use a little more heat. I do like the timer option. I use this every night due to my sciatica and scoliosis. Does wonders. Doesn’t get very heated in the shoulder area though.
