I've had this heating pad for about a month, and I've used it almost every day since buying. Though, I have to say that it really depends on what you're going to be using it for to determine if it's the best choice or not. I bought mine specifically to try to alleviate period cramps (though I've used it for several other things as well) and, for me, it works great as it wraps around my whole stomach and bends to reach hard places. It's light though, so if you want something weighty, this isn't the right product. I always have a heavy blanket, so that wasn't an issue for me. Other areas that might be cons for some is that it's slippery on its own, the heat isn't scorching, and it only stays on for 2 hours at a time. It's very noticeable when it turns off though, and it heats up almost instantly. Overall, I'm happy with it as it does as advertised in my opinion. ... show more

This heating pad is soft and flexible unlike those that are stiff and tough to conform to bodily curves and angles. They advertised moist heat which is way better than dry heat.
