I love the size, it covers the back of my neck all the way to my lower back and across my shoulders. The quality is great and the pad is soft. Other reviews stated that the plug pops out, not true. It's a nice tight firm fit and won't fall out. The remote is ez to use. The pad stays nice and hot. I've been on this pad for the last half hour and the pain in my lower and mid back has disapated. I have an unhealthy addiction to this heating pad because I do love it so much. My only grip is that I wish it was a little wider. However, that is my only complaint and that is, in the big picture, minor. My favorite thing is that it warms up fast. Aaahhh, so nice. I love all the levels of heat and the fabric covering is soft and comfortable. I bought this heating pad when my old one stopped working and I am glad that I did. I like the temperature control options and the timer setting. I sometimes use mine at night and I don’t want to fall asleep for hours on the heating pad. Setting the timer on it makes sure it turns off when I want it to. First let me say, I love the softness and flexibility of this heating pad. I love the color of it. It gets nice and warm, but heres the but- it will not stay on more than about 10 minutes. I usually set the timer for 1 hr on level 4 (it goes to 6) I thought at first I was just bumping the control and shutting it off but that was not the case, as a tested it when I was not moving around . It comes back on immediately when you reset the controls. Speaking of the controller and the way it is wired in a "Y" , it feels a little cumbersome. I didnt want to return it because I very quickly got accustomed to sitting with it for extra warmth due to keeping my central heat set at 66* ☺️ also I was afraid the replacement might not be the same shade of green. So my review is 3 stars to warn people of the shut off problem. As I sat and wrote this review thus far, it has already shut off once. If it werent for that, this would be a 5 star product to me. I plan on buying another one from a different seller (in purple) to see if it has the same problem. I feel like I can live with this because heating pads should be supervised so it doesnt bother me to just turn it back on when I notice it is cooling down ... show more
