    • Very nice sound amplifiers
I've taken some time to give these a good trial period before reviewing. I also got a different set around the same time so I could compare them, since I have never had hearing aids of any type before. I will start off by saying that I have been mostly deaf in my right ear for most of my life. I have also had several surgeries on that ear as well. So, I went into this knowing that because of the inner ear structural issues I have, that these are probably not the type of hearing aid that would work in that ear. But the main reason I wanted to give these a try is that as I've gotten older, the hearing in my left ear has slowly been getting worse. So, I figured it was worth a try. And what my feeling is, is that this set is the better of the two. The tone and sound quality is better than the other set I tried. And less expensive as well. They seem pretty good at not picking up background noise as much as the others. And, they seem easier for me to adjust until I found the right volume setting and earpiece fit. I think the most important thing is that people understand that these are just meant to amplify sound, and are not the same as those incredibly expensive, custom made for you hearing aids you get from a doctor or clinic. But that being said, I can see now that there are things that are better in some of these sets than in others, and so far for me, these seems to work the best for me. The sound from these sounds more natural, and not tinny like the others do. They are easy to keep charged in their nice little holding case. And it tells you right on it what charge level they are at, so that is very helpful. ... show more

    • Great sound quality for the price
- The sound quality of these hearing amplifiers is one of the best i have tried in this price range. The sound is quite clear and crisp. It reduces background noise to a decent extent. I have tried similar hearing amplifiers with multiple features like the ability to answer calls and listen to music by connecting to my phone which i wish this one had but i'm not even disappointed that this one lacks all these features especially because the sound quality is way superior than all the others i have tried. Also the battery life is great. It gives 35 hours of continuous use and the charging case holds charge good for 4 to 5 times charging which is more than a weeks worth of continuous use with one full charge of both the hearing amplifiers and case. - There is a very tiny switch on both the hearing aids to turn them on which is not very convenient especially if you have thicker fingers. Also there is a very tiny knob to adjust the volume which you can turn using a screwdriver that is included. This is also not very convenient but once you set this to your desired volume you don't have to reposition it that often. There can be loud squealing sometimes which i wish could be avoided. - Overall these hearing amplifiers are very good in terms of sound quality especially for the price. ... show more

    • May work for a different situation.
Tried to use these in my motorcycle helmet. They were not able to filter the ambient noise from the music. They amplified both. Sadly not a solution for bikers.

    • Not a hearing aid, amplifier only
Hearing aids amplify frequency ranges specific to each ear's needs. This amplifies everything, and in some cases this can be harmful when too loud for the frequency ranges the ear can hear. However, there have long been amplification devices that are wired, this is a wireless version. With that said, the amplification is good and can get very loud, noise reduction helps but is not highest of quality, the charger case shows charge amount, and it charges relatively quickly. For another $50 you can get something closer to a hearing aid with customized frequency range amplification (3 to 6 frequency bins). The creme de la creme of course is going to an audiologist who will measure and result in a perfectly fine-grained hearing aid. But the way things are in this country, money often decides life outcomes. ... show more

    • My first hearing aids of this tier in quality and performance.
I'm really happy with these. They fit very comfortably and I especially like that they have a charging case to easily store and charge them without losing them. The case and buds are stylish and sleek and I think I will get plenty of use out of them before ever needing more.

    • Easy to use!
I really like that this set of hearing aids is very similar to rechargeable earbuds. Very little learning curve other than getting used to how different everything sounds. The charging case is wonderful for mobility being able to charge the buds anywhere, and only needing to top off the case every few days. I don’t have experience with outrageously expensive custom hearing aids to compare these to, but they definitely turn up the volume. Made me feel like I had crazy supersonic hearing in my good ear, good thing they can be independently adjusted! ... show more

The sound quality is very good and the noise reduction helps. They are small and fit in the ear nicely. They work a long time between charges. With a full charge for the hearing aids and case will get you about 10 days of use if you turn them off when sleeping. There are 2 sets of earplugs, 2 cleaning brushes, and 2 micro screwdrivers. The batteries last about a year and are replaceable. The charging case has a digital readout of power left in it. It takes a couple of months before you get used to them, so relax and take time with them. Overall, these are really nice and worth every penny. ... show more

    • Pretty good for what they are.
They work well for the most part. The design of them is really great as far as the pick up and immediate use of them goes. It makes it super easy to just pick them up out of the case, put them in, and have a much better hearing experience than without them. I also like the design of the case in which the hearing aids are stored. There's one thing I really don't like though. The blue and red colors seem a little unnecessary for most people. I'd rather them be entirely one color. I get that they're there to designate which is right and left, but I think we can figure it out without that as that two factor color kind of makes them seem a bit tacky.
