I bought these for my elderly father. I had read in the reviews that for some, the devices would howl and squeal. Well, they did that for him. They would not stop squealing. The high pitch could damage the ear drums. It was horrible and would not stop, no matter how you repositioned them. The squeal would stop if they were OUT of the ear, but what's the point. Anyway, unusable, therefore, returned the next day. [UPDATE] The vendor has emailed me numerous times asking me to remove this review and offering me a gift card for my inconvenience. While that is a nice gesture, I feel it undermines the system set up to give honest feedback about a product. There are numerous other people for whom this product seems worthy of more stars. Let the consumers make informed decisions from the feedback given, and let them decide how they will. ... show more

Okay I didn't think the sound quality would equal prescription hearing aids, but I didn't expect them to sound like a kids walkie talkie. The sound is tinny and just walking causes noise. These things are terrible. Oh, and according to the instructions it takes 4 weeks to learn how to use them! See attached picture! ... show more

I have hearing aids but wanted something that wouldn't get hung with mask-wearing. These do amplify sound very well. I can't seem to get the sound to be turned down. They can screech when they come near metal. SO I have to take off rings or earrings to adjust them. And you can't use a cell phone with them. I do believe they are onto a good idea. But the screeching and adjusting the sound is a real problem. Lastly... white or black..... is your color choices... why not flesh color?? I'll be returning for now but will watch if any improvements to the design are being made.. ... show more

Bought these for my son. They started out good, but after a couple of days, the right aid would not hold a charge and he kept getting feedback in the left one. We returned them for a refund.

I try hard not to ever bash a product or disrespect a seller in anyway. The Good: *These ear amplifiers do amplifiy sound even the slightest sounds * The ear buds fit nicely into the ear canal. Very light weight. * Looks great out of the box * Basic modes of operation are simple to use both in and out of the ears. * Nicely packaged and timely shipping. The Bad: * Amplifies all sound, even sound that's normally in the background. Paper rattling, breathing, creaks in. the wood floors and even the air around you. Overwhelming when you are hearing all these sounds that aren't normally heard or just background. * There is little or no control for use outdoors, in a breeze or in the car The background noice even at the lowest volume is overpowering and harsh. * The charging case is low grade plastic with a disappointing lid for charging. * These ear amplifiers have NO noise reduction capabilities, so EVERY sounds booms through at once, * Frequent screaching or feedback at higher volumes. For $90 I was expecting more of a good wireless headset overall quality and was disappointed to find they were made in China. I gave them a 3 out of 5 because they do amplify sound and were comfortable to wear and easy to operate. I was hoping for a little better quality than what they offered.     • Makes loud high- pitched noise directly into ear , not good

This product has a an “audio feedback “problem when placed properly in ear. You have to fiddle with its modes to stop the high pitched noise it makes (loud and directly in your ear). But inevitably it starts up again. We found you can avoid the high pitched sound by messing with its position to leave a little gap ( as opposed to firmly/ properly inserted) and then it falls off. Very easy to use. They are comfortable and come with different ear bud covers. They come with medium size on them and that worked fine for me. I use them to watch TV shows as the past couple of years I’ve had more and more trouble hearing the dialogues. First night I used them it was amazing difference. Normally I have to have the TV volume at anywhere from 12-20. Now I am able to watch TV with the sound on 7-8. Also clarity of sound is better. When I am done I just set them in the charging box. All you do to turn them on is hold the button in for a few seconds and they turn white. Your ready to go. Put them in your ear and if you want to turn them up just push once volume will go up. It takes a few times to find a volume your comfortable with. But very satisfied with the product. To turn them off just hold and they turn blue. Meaning they are off. As you want to assure you turn them off before putting in the charging case. Otherwise they beep. ... show more
