I can’t say enough good things about this hearing aid! My grandma has been struggling with hearing loss for a while, and we’ve tried other devices in the past, but nothing has worked as well as this one. From the moment she started using it, we noticed a huge difference. She can now join in conversations without constantly asking us to repeat ourselves, and it’s been such a joy to see her light up when she hears little things she’s missed for years, like birds chirping outside or the doorbell ringing. The design is lightweight and comfortable, so she doesn’t feel like it’s a burden to wear all day. She even forgets she’s wearing it sometimes! The sound quality is crystal clear, and it’s really brought back her confidence. She’s been more engaged in family gatherings, and we can tell how happy she is to be part of the conversation again. From the moment I put them on, I noticed a dramatic improvement in sound clarity and comfort. Conversations are now effortless, even in noisy environments, and I can hear details I hadn’t noticed in years—birds chirping, soft music in the background, and even the rustling of leaves. Good price, and I was hopeful these would help with my noise-induced hearing loss. The charging is easy, straightforward and convenient. The battery life is pretty good, and I've yet to "run the battery out". The comfort, fit and visibility are good, as I didn't want the "over the ear" types. They are "ambidextrous" which is nice and easy... simply place them in at the proper angle, and they both pick up nicely. Or, as one of my ears has much worse hearing, I can wear one at a time, and benefit from the amplification. The clarity is fair-good, and some minor issues with feedback if the fit isn't snug. Easily remedied with refit or using another silicone tip. Also, it's recommended to turn on the device before placing them in the canal. You have 10 second delay to get them snugly into place so you don't have feedback in your ears. Once in place, they do take some getting used to, as the amplified sound is different to what the ear hears. It seems loud (obviously) and filters out some of the lower frequencies. The received sound is a bit higher frequency and my voice is also amplified. You can adjust the volume with a simple turn of the dial. I carry a tiny screwdriver with me to adjust the volume as needed. Overall, these have been useful and filter out background noises in restaurants and crowds, but enable hearing conversation in my immediate vicinity. They are my first attempt at hearing amplification/filtration, so I have no comparison, but these have been helpful in my circumstance.

For the price you pay, these are exceptionally good hearing aids. Definitely hear more things than I have heard before. With the extra pieces you can find the perfect fit. So far the battery has held up well. The first time I used them in a crowd I did have to take them out because it was just too loud. The next time I will adjust the volume before arriving and it may work better. The shape of them fit in my ear perfect and I hardly noticed them. My wife is much happier too because the TV isn't on the higher end of volume! I can definitely understand what people are saying to me without them having to say it twice or talk louder. The little case to put them into charge them is very handy for big fumbling fingers. I added a picture with a SD card for size comparison. I would recommend these to anyone that has trouble hearing.
