Much cheaper options and no instructions
I am starting to experience some hearing loss working as a diesel tech for most of my life and not wearing hearing protection will do that to a man. When I saw these hearing aids pop into my feed, I decided I would give them a try now I have another pair of high-end OTC hearing aids that I got a while back so it’s the only thing I have to compare them against except for my earbuds that can act as OTC hearing aids from the fruit company that makes all kind of electronics. I will start out by saying this came with no instructions in the box at all and a quick search on the Internet provided absolutely no results on how to use these. I settled around using the controls on the earbuds themselves and could not figure out how to work the volume change modes or anything else. It says it has some sort of noise cancellation, but I could hear myself breathing, which I can’t do with any of the other hearing devices that I use. I cannot in good conscience justify the price for a product that doesn’t have instructions and I can’t figure out how to get it between modes. I will say I was able to pair it with my iPhone 16 Pro Max and I figured most places that allow you to connect with Bluetooth have an app and maybe that was the key but… No app no instructions… No thanks. The only thing that did show up was a website for this company during the search and when you search it, it says coming soon. I really can’t believe that there is nothing out there to figure out how these worked. I will also say they are rather bulky and while you get a lot of charges out of the case, the advertised up time on the earbuds themselves are just lacking. Hopefully something releases that I would be able to find how to use these things and if it does, I will come back and change the review but as for now I’m not only can’t recommend them. I would not recommend them to anybody!

No directions included and more details needed in listing; these could be good with more information
These hearing aids did not come with complete directions. I spent considerable time trying to test them and DID figure out a couple of controls: ❶ POWER on/off is automatic; manually I was able to long press the touch pad until hearing 4 tones to do the same. ❷ VOLUME changes by double (not single per the User Guide) touching touch button (double tone acknowledgement). Without instructions (and not noted in the listing) I could NOT figure out two important listed features: ❶ Bluetooth ❷ “MODES”; 4 are listed; Normal, Noisy Environment, Party, and TV. Probable features not listed and I could not determine: ❶ WATER RESISTANCE? The materials and construction lead me to believe they have some level of water resistance. Probable incorrectly listed feature: ❶ I would not recommend these “for seniors severe hearing loss” (although they do have good sound quality). What I like so far: ❶ As noted above, to me these offer good sound quality; better than expected. ❷ They are easy to put on, comfortable, and stay on well. ❸ They are “hidden in plain sight” as they look like sports sound pods for music, etc. ❹ Battery charges are quick with 150 hours standby and 3 additional charges using the case without cords. I don’t like: ❶ Battery provides 5 hours of use (and would be less using Bluetooth to listen to music, etc.). ❷ Lack of instructions provided or on the listing; really a BIG issue to me. ❸ The “touch” controls are not marked at all; it is the flat part of the outside of the aids. ❹ Double touching the control buttons to change volume took more than one attempt on many occasions. Included are 7 pairs of ear pads, a USB C charging cord, a storage / charging case, mini-cleaning brush, and a User Guide that is really lacking. I will be contacting the seller to try to get details on exactly what all of the features are and how to use them.

Nice, looks like a standard pair of head phones
These hearing aids look like "normal" head sets, so if you need hearing assistance, but don't want people to know, this might be the ones to have. Everything speaks like normal. The carrying case doubles as a portable charger for the headsets in case you need to use them beyond the rated 5 hours. The description mentions Bluetooth, but I think the Bluetooth they are referring to is how the two units work together. I did notice quite a bit of background noise, even when I tried different size ear plugs. Not sure where this was coming from, since it supposed to have noise cancelling. I also noticed that you will create feedback if you place your hand over the earpieces. Almost like the noise cancelling was trying to cancel itself. Another note of interest in the user guide, saying not to use these with cell phones. Maybe related to this noise cancelling. Material wise, it's good. The case is sturdy to protect the ear pieces. The manual while short, covers the use and care of the item. Would I recommend them? Probably not. They should play nice with cell phones and covering them with your hands shouldn't induce feedback. Fixing those two issues alone would easily up the stars to 5 and make it a good buy. .
