The unit I received is a little different than the pictures show on the website, so I am not sure if my experience is with the same device as the other users. The device is small and lightweight. It has a power switch that is not easily turn on or off accidentally, which is good. The rest is just volume control. So, generally it is easy to use the device. On the down side, the device is made a little flimsy. The sound button fell off easily, and by looking at its plastic material I suspect it is not going to be durable. Sound amplification is fine, though I don’t have a severe loss of hearing. It is hard to find the sweet spot for the volume level. It kept making feedback noise. I am not sure if this is a learning curve or a quality issue, but it will be a problem if it doesn’t go away. The device recharges from a small charger base using USB 3, which is good. However, the specifications of the charger in the instruction sheet appear to be incorrect. The charger does not need a ~110-220V source. All in all, this may be a good alternative/backup given its good price, but I feel that this may not be your primary device if you routinely use hearing aids and require a powerful and durable device. ... show more

Ordered this for my husband who has mild hearing loss. It works well, charges very fast and it's small enough but he is having trouble keeping it on his ear. It doesn't have any way to stay put. The microphone goes in your ear canal but the works just hang behind your ear. Otherwise it helps with his hearing. I'm going to order a safety clip so he doesn't lose it. ... show more

I was delighted to get my hands on the Delmicure Hearing Aid device, and I must say, the ergonomics of these hearing aids exceeded my expectations. The snug fit around my ear and in my ear canal made them incredibly comfortable to wear, and their lightweight design allowed me to wear them for long periods without any discomfort. The added bonus of a rechargeable design with a charging base also impressed me. However, I noticed that the construction felt flimsy, and the volume and on/off buttons could be better. But, overall, the hearing aids functioned well, and I assume the lightweight construction is part of why they feel that way. The sound quality is where these hearing aids truly shine. The clear and crisp audio makes it easy to hear conversations and other sounds. Overall, I am pleased with the performance of these hearing aids and would highly recommend them to other seniors who need a reliable and affordable way to improve their hearing. ... show more

Per my wife… This is a great little hearing aid. I love that it’s rechargeable. But there is some feedback when using it. I tried different levels of volume but nothing seemed to fix it. It is super comfortable to wear, I actually forgot I was wearing it.

Picked up a single since I rarely have need for both ears at once, and this is a nice little tool. The controls are pretty easy to use, once you figure them out, and so making adjustments on the fly can be pretty discreet vs having to pull it off of your ear to make them. This is ambi-ear-strous (can be used in either ear) and it charges up quickly. Its small enough that I can have it in my pocket and just slip it on in the middle of lectures if the speaker is on a side that I am having issues with. All thing being equal, its a little pricey but still a pretty good little device ... show more
