    • Great! Tip for squeakiness
First off, a tip!: If you are experiencing squeakiness with these take them out of your shoe and sprinkle in some baby powder in the shoe, enough to cover the entire sole, but a very thin layer, and then reinsert the insole. Ta da! No more squeak. Not a tip, but more common sense: This insole is meant to replace the insole that came with the shoe when you bought it. You are supposed to remove the original shoe insole. And now my story: My ASICS were older and looked OK but I think I’d worn down their supportiveness. For several months I thought I’d done irreparable harm to my knees. They would slip and cause momentary accute pain. I was very unstable with my new trick knees. I didn’t associate my knee issue with my sneakers. I bought these insoles to see if I could add back some stability. Literally IMMEDIATELY after adding these insoles to my shoes my knees felt so comfortable and sturdy. I have not had my knees slip out even once since using these insoles. So much mental and physical relief! Probably buying new sneakers more often might have accomplished the same thing? My feet were hurting so bad until I got these soles! They are perfect value for money, have amazing durability and support. My feet got pain relief and they cut down to the perfect fit! Love them!

    • Comfy, but doesn't fit in a lot of ladies shoes
I am conflicted about these. They are pretty comfortable and supportive. I wore them on my feet all day and didn't have nearly as much back pain as I normally do. That being said, I had TONS of foot pain, because for an insole that claims to be for women, they really don't seem to know what women's shoes are really like. They will not fit in any of my flats, they are so tall it just shoved my toes and the top of my foot into the top of the shoe all day. They won't fit in any of my heels for the same reason. The only shoes I can reasonably see these working in are larger heavier shoes. They would fit great in some hiking boots, for instance. They just don't work well for a lot of women's shoes. ... show more

I’m writing this review many months after purchasing these, and there has been no issue in terms of wear and tear! I have hyper-mobility and chronic pain which comes with constant, general joint and muscle aches, and these inserts do a great job of relieving my foot and ankle pain! I have high arches and large, but narrow feet (Women’s size 11/12 and Men’s size 9-10), and these fit perfectly into my shoes without having to do any trimming. I will be purchasing more, as these are great quality compared to the other FSA eligible shoe inserts on Amazon. ... show more

I love how much more comfortable these make my shoes! I wear a size 7.5 in boots but Doc Martens doesn’t do half sizes, so I got an 8 and bought these to make them fit more snugly. Worked like a charm, not to mention they make wearing my shoes way more comfortable! As someone who has attended several concerts without the insoles inserted, these made a big difference when I was lining up for hours outside a venue! ... show more

Overall good quality, decent amount of cushion and not heavy. Decently priced. Farely good support and does seem to help relieve some pain after long 12 hour shifts on your feet.
