    • Great space saving fruit baskets!
This 2-tiered fruit basket stand is really nice. I ordered it because it had good reviews. I use it atop my microwave oven, it holds apples, bananas on the hook, and seasonal fruits. Since the top basket is held by one upright, it can be tipped over if you have it in a location with high traffic. Mine is against the wall, so I have had no problem with it being bumped. The bottom basket is balanced on three rounded feet. I would recommend to the manufacturer to add another foot for better stability. I attached stick on rubber footings so my fruit stand would be secure to the surface where I have it displayed. They did not come with the stand, I put them on many items in my house for stability. keep in mind, if you put apples underneath your bananas on the hook, they will help ripen your bananas quickly. If you don't want your bananas to ripen quickly, just cover your apples with a cloth. This cute fruit stand was very easy to assemble. You don't need any tools. It would be great in an RV, dorm room, but really anybody's kitchen or Buffay. It is a simple and great design. I lined my baskets with napkins so my fruit would have a soft lining underneath. The fruit stand is also made of metal, so if you'd like to decorate, magnets do stick to it! I have some silicone frogs with magnetic bottoms decorating mind! ... show more
