Solution: Please chooese the appropriate ear tips according to the size of the ear canal and make sure the ear tips fit snugly in your ear. 3. How can I care for my hearing aid? a) Keep hearing aids away from heat and dust. b) Clean hearing aids as instructed. Earwax and ear drainage can damage a hearing aid. c) Avoid using hairspray or other hair care products while wearing hearing aids. d) Turn off hearing aids when they are not in use. 4. For better care for your device, Please pay attention to 4 important cause for Hearing Aid Damage as below : a) Failing To Clean Hearing Aids Or Cleaning Them Incorrectly b) Dropping Hearing Aids Like Dropping them on a hard surface from any height can damage them. c) Improper Storage - store your hearing aids in moist places like the bathroom or hot places like the car. d) When you wear device in shower, Swimming or Blow-drying your hair Using hairsprays and other aerosol products may expose your hearing aids to moisture, heat and substances that can clog the microphone and receiver result in stopping work. Note: Please charge the hearing aid and charging case for at least 10-12 hours the first time you turn on them.

These hearing amplifiers fit well and hold a good charge. For the price, they are good but there are better options if you are looking to spend more. There is a slight echo - you have to play around with the volume / settings a bit but overall they were very easy to turn on and get started to use.

The sound quality is good. I heard things that never could hear before. There was a squeal until I got it adjusted properly. But I was impressed how well I could hear. The noise cancellation was pretty good too. I recommend giving them a try.

I bought this product not expecting much but they worked so much better than I thought. It fits very well and doesn’t wiggle around in your ear. The battery life is last for a good while and charging goes by pretty fast. The quality is very good and everything sounds very clear. I got these for camping, exercise and as a backup to my $5000 hearing aids. They are wonderful as I can hear almost as good as the $5000 pair. And I got the least expensive. I have moderate/severe hearing loss. One of the best item’s I’ve ordered from Amazon! Thank you so much!

The size, the charging, the simplicity of them is great. But I am getting nothing but static, even at the lowest volume setting. So, I have to work harder to hear over the static. Also, it didn't come with the USB charging case to plug into the wall. It did come with two packages of brushes, hearing aids ear fitting caps. I can't fit the double layer ones on the device.     • An unexpected bargain
My wife had to have the rechargeable battery on one of her very expensive ($7000.00) hearing aids replaced. It takes a week to 10 days to get that done, so I decided to try something more affordable to help her until her regular aids come back. I'm so glad I did!     • Not as good as we thought
Hubby likes that they help him hear better. The plastic end piece keeps coming off of them and getting stuck in his ear. They didn't last long, had them 2 months and he's having trouble with keeping them charged. We bought another pair, because he didn't like the other options he tried, and they didn't last long either. He said they are very uncomfortable. Would not recommend. ... show more
