I like the user-friendly, non-tech aspect, the multiple volume controls, and the over-the-ear fit. I did not like the way sounds were amplified in that there was no balance between bass and tenor tones. Turning up the volume to hear lower, softer voices only increased the pitch of the voices, almost to a squeal. I tried different levels of volume in each ear but was never able to get the tones balanced well enough to keep the sound from being unpleasant. It's probably more an issue about my specific hearing needs than about the product itself. Most of the people I have daily contact with are either very soft-spoken (to the point that they actually lower the volume of their voices to a whisper sometimes) or are males with deeper voices that they too sometimes lower to what seems like totally unintelligible mumblings. I guess I need to get myself a circle of acquaintances who speak clearly and distinctly and a what I would call a "normal" volume. I was hoping these devices would solve my issues, but alas they did not, so I am returning them.

I must praise this hearing aid with charging box, which has brought me a brand-new life experience. In terms of wearing comfort, its material is excellent, its shape fits the ear canal, and it will not be uncomfortable to wear the ear for a long time. I have mild to moderate hearing impairment. I have tried some hearing AIDS before, but they are either uncomfortable to wear or ineffective. But this one is completely different. It seems to be tailored for me.
