The part that sits inside the ear is soft, and there are several tip size. They stayed in place well and did not feel heavy. The controls sit behind the ear, but the front looks discreet, and I can wear my glasses without much trouble. Charging has worked normally, and the battery hole well so far. The sound does take some getting used to at first because everything can feel a little sharper than usual. I also notice some background noise in busier places, so the adjustment matters. My hearing is a little weaker than it used to be, especially when I'm watching TV or listening to the news. The left and right sides are easy to adjust, which is useful because my both ears don't need the same volume. It took me a little time to find the level that felt natural. If I turned them up too much, everything sounded louder. The silicone parts are soft comfortable to wear. I wear them for a while without feeling pressure or getting that buzzing feeling afterward.

My experience with this hearing amplifier has been quite good. I spend a lot of time cooking, and usually, the noise from the exhaust fan or the sizzling of the pans makes it hard to hear the radio or someone talking to me from the living room. Since I started using this device, those background noises do not drown out the voices anymore. The noise cancelling feature works well to filter out that static, which allows me to focus on the conversation. It feels like the smart chip really does a good job of separating the frequencies so that human speech comes through clearly. The physical fit is also something I care about. My ears are sensitive, but the silicone ear tips that came with the package are soft enough that I can wear them for a few hours without any irritation. I chose the medium tips, and they sit securely in my ear canal. I do not have to worry about them falling out while I am moving around the kitchen. The volume control is simple to cycle through, and I keep it on a lower setting since it provides enough amplification for my needs.
