Great Hearing Aids! I have a set of Oticon hearing aids that I recieved from the VA, that I had to send in for repair. I (& the wife) didn't want me to go without hearing aids. I searched Amazon for a pair of reasonalbly priced hearing aids, that go behind the ear. After reading all the revies, so I bought the Bigprot Hearing aids. I really like them! They work well, and easy to use. True, it's a manual adjust for volume, not a bluetooth connectivity to my phone like the Oticon, but they are less than $100! I really like the simple on/off switch on them, when I go into a noisy environment that requries hearing protection, I turn my hearing aids off. When I recieved my Bigprot hearing aids, it came with three sizes of domes. These domes go in the ear canal, so you can recive the amplified sounds from the hearing aids, and if the domes don't properly fit the ear canal, you will get feed back (whistling sounds), and it's easy to change to domes, to determine the proper size for your ears. With proper size of domes, you get great sounds, with out the whistle feedback sound. I really like the little charging cube that comes with the hearing aids. It shows the internal battery strength, and displays when each hearing aid is being charged, plus it has enough of a charge to charge the hearing aids a couple of days, before you have to plug it back in. Needless to say, I'm impressed by these hearing aids. If I had found these hearing aids before dealing with the VA, I would of bought the Bigprot and never had gone to the VA for the hearing aids. If and when, my Octicon hearing aids get fixed and returned to my, I'm keeping my Bigprot hearing aids. Bottom line, buy these hearing aids, they work and are very affordable.

Five Stars Away!!!! I'm a Male 75 year old senior I purchased the Bigprot M802 hearing aids for me. I had never found a pair at this price that has so many pluses over others I have tried and returned. These hearing aids are so lightweight, easy to use and extremely comfortable. The volume control is simple it's easy to fine-tune the volume, background noises with smooth adjustment. The charging case is portable and lasts all day.... It's perfect for seniors looking for reliable, affordable hearing support. They are reliable, comfortable, and provides unbelievable sound clarity. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality pair of hearing aid at a great value. This 86 yr old just got plain lucky. After an agonizing search as you are also going through I somehow stumbled on to BigProt hearing aid M805. It had what I wanted: single sound control that is easy to move up or down with no clicks or beeps to tell you what volume you are, a case that would charge the hearing aids( and this one even tells when each aid and the case are charged) and the charging case had to have a lid. Above all, it had to have excellent service backing here in the USA. The start up was simple and went flawless. I let it charge up the first time the recommended 5-6 hours. The first time usage is disobeyed them and turned it on and left the volume in the lowest position. The aid went on my ear without any trouble. I turned the volume up and wow- they are good with no background cruntching, growling, hissing , just pure sound. I use these in my living room to watch TV and once again I can hear what is being said--- I noticed last night (second usage) I had the TV volume turned way down to where I normally had to keep it. Now, listen up! I was puzzled about this aid not having specific settings for background noise such as "indoors, restaurants" etc. but so far in my watching tv it does a wonderful job. What I did see before I purchased and put faith in the company it is true is that they have a AI chip to handle background noise. If you have done your research you know that is the best as the aid determines itself how to handle background noise. BigProt service has already contacted me and made it very clear- they are there for me to handle any problem. And as Forest Gump said" and thats all I got to say about that--- BigProt M508 works wonderful for me. Good Luck in your search.

After a good amount of other brands hearing aids, I think these worked best for my mother who has almost lost complete hearing on her right ear. Upon fully charging this set and using it ONLY in her right ear, she can hear me very clearly. She has problem adjusting the rubber buds within her ear though. She has a hard time understanding that sometimes it doesn't work and sometimes it does because it was either the volume was rolled down to very minimal or it was half way out of her ear. I know that if i inserted into her ear and have volume at approximately 50%, she can hear very well so I know that it does work. Battery lasts over a day and I warned her about not discharging it all the way as it can do permanent damage to these tiny batteries. Overall, it's a great purchase and the thing do work really well. It's VERY simple as only a single on/off switch along with the roller volume. Very lightweight and compact. The charging station works great with percentage display of charge on the unit itself. Very happy with this purchase and ONE thing I would change is the base of the charging unit. It's round on the bottom and can barely stand up.
