In terms of sound quality, the noise cancellation and intelligent sound processing really make a difference. I bought these hearing aids for my father, and I can honestly say they’ve made a real difference in his daily life. I’m new to hearing aides. These hearing aides were ready straight from the box and work amazingly. My hearing test said that I have “normal range” hearing, but I needed something to enhance the lower voice sounds and these hearing aides did as they said that they would. Everything is so much louder and clearer now. I actually had to turn them down because a person was too loud; an issue that will resolve when I tweak them to my hearing needs. The battery life is wonderful. I like how they charge in their own case, so I just bring the case to work so that I always have them charged, but, so far, haven’t needed to recharge them because the battery lasts a long time on a single charge. I can’t believe that these are so efficient and effective without being extremely expensive. I will cherish these forever and not need to keep saying “what” the rest of my life.

First off customer service with this product is excellent. I received a call yesterday just to check in with me to see how the product is working for me and helped me troubleshoot something that has only happened once or twice within the 1k hours I've been using them. Overall these hearing aids are great my wife is no longer having to yell at me for me to hear her and the battery life is excellent for my usage. I will say for someone who has never worn hearing aids before this there is something to get used to. The sizing for the ear canal and getting used to hearing wind while you drive. Overall great product and a life changer for me
