These either do not work, or they work too well. I guess it depends on what you are trying to hear. My husband says the ambient noises are amplified to such a high level that voices are not understandable at all. My husband is hearing impaired and he has some expensive hearing aids that just need to be adjusted. I thought that by purchasing these, I might save a trip to the audiologist and just maybe stumble upon a good find. How overly optimistic was I? Completely! I have exceptionally great hearing, but tried them on myself just to evaluate them from my own perspective. I absolutely heard what he heard; approximately 90% noise. They were comfortable in the ears though. We returned them post haste.

I purchased these discreet hearing aids for my father, and they’ve truly exceeded our expectations. Unlike traditional amplifiers, these provide clear, balanced sound with a smart audio tracker that adapts seamlessly to different environments. The noise reduction is impressive — background chatter in restaurants or the hum of appliances is significantly minimized, making conversations much easier to follow. I would have gave 5 stars but it said on Amazon hearing aids not hearing amplifiers. These do work for me. My hearing isn’t super bad. I have these on the lowest setting. I’m hearing things the way they should probably be heard

These are reasonably priced amplifiers that are supposed to help you hear, and the description and reviews certainly imply that they do, but I found that they really don’t help much with my high frequency hearing loss. They did help voice understandability in a noisy room, by switching them to the reduce noise mode, but because they don’t have any way to adjust the frequency bands, they just don’t help me as much as other amplifiers I have used. I can’t recommend them.

Defective. It got extremely hot in the charger. I couldn't turn it off and it kept screeching after I put it back in the case. Returned.

I am afraid the purchas of this product proved I threw good money after bad. The hearing aids produce so much background noise that proves to be distracting. I suggest using caution if you intend purchasing this product. LW
