I used these hearing aids for a short time for a specific purpose, and they performed wonderfully. I'm kicking myself for not ordering them sooner. I was dealing with ruptured eardrums due to bi-lateral middle ear infections, which led to almost total hearing loss in both ears. Especially bothersome was the effect it had on my ability to hear my own voice normally. Imagine talking underwater, or with your head encased in several pillows. I knew that my hearing loss could take weeks to improve, and the only encouraging thing was that I could hear (at higher volumes) when using earbuds. Other than that, I couldn't hear my own footsteps, birds singing, traffic going by or a conversation from beyond 2 feet. It was, as you might imagine, an anxious and frustrating time. I had never used hearing aids before, but was desperate to find something that would help. I would have been happy if they improved my ability to hear just a little bit, but the truth is they were a godsend. The quality and performance exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. They come with several different sizes and two styles of silicone cups/cushions to ensure a good fit and avoid that squealing feedback that is often found with "cheap" aids. Also included is a tiny screwdriver for adjusting the volume. I found that a fingernail also works great. They look like hearing aids, which didn't bother me a bit, In fact, they were a great conversation starter at work, lol. The only suggestion I have is regarding the overall "look" for those who want to be more "discreet" when it comes to hearing aids. If the visible part were a color other than "flesh toned" they might be more appealing to a wider audience. I used them daily for about a week, until my ears healed and I could hear semi-normally again (btw, I was "deaf" for 15 days). I wish I had realized these existed a week earlier! I plan to use one of them in the future for situations where "power hearing" is needed, especially when birding.

Usable at first. Nice charger case, lots of earpiece adapters. Clearly not as good as $4000 aids—but did you expect anything different? Apparently good life time on a charge. Didn’t have them long enough to get a good calibration. But soon the left side produced a loud ‘frying bacon’ sound and no ambient sound. Returned them. They really didn’t like ultrasonic intrusion detectors —produced a loud howl (different from a feedback squeal) whenever I was near one; howl would diminish as I moved away from the detector or turned my head. There appear to be many sellers of what seem to be aids identical to Audien devices? I see a famous football player pushing the same thing for 3X price! Looks like there is 1 manufacturer and many distributors. Buy the cheapest one if you choose this route……… Now the charger has failed!! Anyone know how to get my money back on the failed device?

These are amazing, especially for the price. We bought our first set for my wife. Her hearing has been deteriorating for the last few years and most of those around her had to speak loudly for her to hear what they were saying. She usually missed most of the conversation with friends and was constantly saying "what?" Trying to communicate with her around the house was frustrating and annoying. These immediately solved the problems. She started using them at a volume setting that was about 35% of the range. At that level the sounds were a little too loud so we started to reduce the volume level by small amounts. The final setting is at about 20 to 25% of the volume range and they are perfect. She can now hear people talking at a normal level and hears sounds, including music, that she hasn't heard for years. For restaurants and public venues we turn the volume down just slightly (about 20% of the range) to reduce the background noise, but they are still effective for listening to those around her talk. They seem to be well made and high quality. The compact charging case and recharging feature is especially nice, and the battery life is excellent. The integral recharging feature is a terrific money saving bonus as there are no expensive batteries to buy and change. These are a great product and an excellent place to start when hearing correction is needed. There is a slight learning curve and I helped her learn how to handle and insert them and adjust the volume settings. She turns them on before placing in the ear and we remove them to change the volume setting. This has worked out well. They are convenient to remove and replace in the ear. It seems to me that these are equivalent to hearing aids my friends have spent far more money for (like 10X). We'll be buying another set for me. Obviously, I recommend these highly.

It’s nice & easy set up. I really like the charge shows on the case! (Apple AirPod like case - Apple needs to do this!!) I’ve charged it only once & have used to for several days without needing to recharge. My issue is that the tip is longer & it sticks outs - and if I am not constantly pressing them in, they keep falling out. May be I just have a smaller ease canal(?), so may be a non-issue for others? I do like the quality & ease of use a lot! They are comfortable & work well when they aren’t busy falling out ;)

I've had these aids for awhile and like them. I have moderate hearing loss and these work better for me than the pricey Costco aids I tried. One problem: the charging case display indicating charging status no longer works--the little screen is dead. I have to guess if the aids are charged.

I like that the hearing aids are colored, so that if you use different volumes for each ear, you can keep track. The instructions in the two booklets were done well, with many explanations. There was no contact information about the manufacturer, for the one-year warranty, but the seller said to email him if there was a problem since the manufacturer is located in China. The price is excellent for such high quality natural sound. The two channels do seem to filter out a bit of background noise. I've tried several brands and types of hearing aids (Audien...) and these were by far the best! I will take out the 3-year protection plan for $25, in case the units don't last as mentioned by some of the reviewers. Update: Since the double domes had such a sealing effect, that I could hear my heart beating while watching t.v., I decided to punch a hole in each dome segment, to create an "open dome" allowing more natural sound. I probably only needed one hole in the top layer, but the sound and comfort were unbelievably improved! I did it myself, as I couldn't purchase any "open domes" for this in-ear rechargeable hearing aid. Now there is zero plugged ear sensation and I don't have to listen to my heartbeat in the background! The soft plastic domes seem to have retained their strength, despite the holes.

My husband needs hearing aids. We don't really need to talk about how much they cost out in the wild. These are a try- on to see what kind he likes are are comfortable. For the price of these it's nice to have a couple of options to make the choice. His only complaint with these is the volume button is not easily manipulated while wearing. You need a tiny screwdriver or a fingernail. You really need to take it out to see what you are doing. A button or dial would have been better. If we go anywhere loud he just takes them out, which defeats the purpose of having them. But we have learned they are comfortable to wear a long time. They stay charged for a long time. They have a charging case which is nice to pop them into and put in his pocket if he needs to take them out. They are noticeable so if you don't want others to see them as much this isn't the one for you. Ours are colored, they also come in skin tones but others will still see them. Sometimes they work too well.... he was saying he heard static in the car. I heard no static. I put one in my ear- he was hearing the air conditioner. It was louder than other noise.

Update after trying to wear for a week: Well, unfortunately, I will be returning these for a refund. After battling for a week to try to get them to stay in my ears and NOT STICK OUT of the eatr canal, I'm just done. I guess my ear canals are small. I also asked the seller about replacement domes and they don't sell them. So if I were to keep these I would have to "hope" that any replacement domes I got would fit. Too much hassle, bad fit and constant worry about them falling out is just a bit much. Going the behind the ear type instead of in the canal type. This is NOT TO SAY these are bad devices,they just don't work for ME. ############################ I just got these hearing devices in, and other than having issues finding the right size/ getting the ear tips on, these are pretty amazing!! As a former drummer, my already impaired hearing has gotten worse over the years. I HAD NO IDEA how truly horrible it had become until I put these on! MINDBLOWING. I only got these today so this is why I am giving these a 4-star rating to start because I want to "test the water" a while with them before I commit to a 5-star review. But, I will say so far, I'm pleased! I have reached out to the vendor to see if I can buy 2 more packages of ear tips as I expect I will lose some at some point. I will say this....before you go get a hearing test and shell out $2-3k for hearing aids, try these.....you might be pleasantly surprised.
