Had issues with volume (wouldn’t change) and the left one would just STOP working. Asked for a replacement and in my Amazon box I got an empty blue box(except for a greasy fingered instruction manual!!!!!!!) I’m so angry! Amazon issued a refund I will send back their broken ones ACTUALLY IN THE BOX!!! With the respect they did not give me!!

For the price, these hearing aids are not terrible, but they’re not something I would personally use every day. First, the positives: the size is great. They fit nicely in the ear and stay put without feeling bulky or uncomfortable. I really like the charging case as well. It’s small, compact, and easy to throw in a purse or bag. Battery life is great. The overall presentation and concept are solid. You do need to charge them for about four hours before you can test them out, so keep that in mind if you’re excited to try them right away. As for performance, they do amplify sound, but when you’re talking it kind of sounds like you’re in a bucket or echo chamber. The sound quality just isn’t as natural or clear as I’d hoped. It works in a pinch, but the audio isn’t refined enough for all-day, everyday use. Overall, it’s a good concept and a decent budget friendly option, but it’s not quite there yet in terms of sound clarity.
