I bought a pr of these K19's 2 wks ago + found them to be the very best amplifiers I've ever owned, so I ordered a 2nd pr, just receiving them today. The sound is realistic + not tinny at all. I'm easily able to adjust my volume myself. Usually my husband needed to help me get it right. They fit nicely in my ears if I use the right sized domes on them. These amplifiers are the best I've worn in the last 20 yrs. Maybe longer. And I find these stay in my canals very well. Most amplifiers fall out of my ears regularly because I have small ear canals + can't get them in right. These amplifiers are a dream come true I ordered some of IBstone's med soft round ball soft domes. But,I need them in the size small.
