Had purchase a 'high end' hearing aid and returned it because I could not customize the sound. Have small ear cannal so it is not a super tight fit but works. Looks just like a music earbud, I kind of like that it isn't obviously a hearing aid. Directions were extensive and user friendly. I saw another user graded one star because they weren't 'buttons' on the ear buds. They are very touch sensitive, the design is to help show where to tap.
