I bought these for my father after he was told buy a doctor that his hearing was slightly deteriorated, he really likes them except he has issues with them falling out and the silicone ear covers they come with are not helping with comfort so I had to buy some different brand replacements for him but other than that he likes them the stars would be higher if it wasn’t for that small inconvenience.

My wife is a first-time hearing amplifier user. Over the past six months, she's tried four different styles of hearing amplifiers from BTE to Canal to Hearing Buds. The Drowell hearing amplifiers are the only ones that work for her. There is minimum feedback, and noise cancellation that really works, and the volume is controlled with a simple tap. The price is amazingly low and having a spare set is worth it.

My first pair is fantastic. It can greatly amplify voices and make them clearer. My second pair is disappointing. I bought it because I wanted a backup pair. This pair does not do a good job of amplifying voices, and it's noisy. When I eat food, the slight rubbing of my ear on the hearing aid when I chew is amplified and distracting. You would think this sensitivity would cause it to also amplify voices better, but mysteriously, it doesn't so that. The first pair is good enough that when it quits working, I'll try another pair and hope I have good luck with it.

Stylish and practical. The ear buds fit well and the sound range and clarity are excellent. Instructions didn't mention the blue tape covering the microphone. Be sure to remove the tape.

We were thrilled to find an affordable solution that was easy to use, volume adjustable, and rather stylish, but it didn't last. We bought them in January 2024 and they quit working in October 2024. The original listing we purchased from now says "no longer available" but this listing is for the exact same product with all the same images and the same company name. It says they have a 2 year warranty, but since the listing we purchased from is now defunct, I keep hitting a dead end trying to get replacements or any response at all. I welcome contact from Drowell and will gladly revise this review should they reach out and correct this situation.
