I had no problems wearing them all day. There is a single control on them where you can push up or down. Either a quick push or a longer push determines the function. Push up to increase the volume or push down to decrease across 11 levels. A low-high sound is heard increasing, whilst a high-low sound whilst decreasing volume. A single note low/high note is heard when at those end of the ranges. Push and hold for 2 seconds will cycle the 3 modes (normal, indoor, outdoor). It'll beep 1/2/3 times to indicate the mode. It defaults to that 1st normal mode for regular usage. The 2nd Indoor mode apparently suppresses low frequencies to improve vocal clarity. And the 3rd Outdoor mode will have adaptive noise reduction with dynamic higher frequency enhancements. There are 3 LEDs on the outside of the charging case that give a status of current charging. Left & right indicate that side of hearing aid being actively charged or not. One single ear hearing aid is stated to last 20+ hours. And the case itself will do 4-5 recharges, so about 80-100+ hours. So it should be good for a week long trip without charging. Charging takes about 2-3 hours, but the instructions do state that they will self-discharge after more than 7 days. A USB type C charging cable is included, but not the charger itself. They do turn on automatically after taken out of the case, and turn themselves off after you drop them into the case to recharge. Some sort of indication of the charge remaining on the case itself would be good. Because of this, I'll just leave the case plugged into a charger unless I'm travelling somewhere. Would have been great for a few LEDs on the inside to indicate 100/75/50/25% power remaining, nothing that fancy like a percentage display. Included are 3 pairs of earbud domes of 3 different sizes. They would be more discreet if they were not black. Also a cleaning brush to maintain them. I found the sound to be quite clear and are recommended

I’ve been using these Bigprot FH312 hearing aids for a little while now, and I am honestly very impressed. The comfort is outstanding—I’ve worn them for over 14 hours straight with no discomfort at all. They fit so naturally that I sometimes forget I even have them in. They’re also very discreet. The design is slim and blends in so well that no one even notices I’m wearing them, which I really appreciate. The build quality feels solid and premium, and I can tell they’re made to last. Most importantly, the sound quality is excellent. Conversations are clear, background noise is reduced nicely, and everything sounds crisp and natural. I like that I can easily adjust the volume to what feels right for me, and the different listening modes (indoor, outdoor, smart) really do make a difference depending on the environment. Battery life has also been a pleasant surprise. A single charge lasts me through the day, and the charging case provides plenty of extra power, just place the hearing aids into the charger when it lights up they are fully charged. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with these. They’ve made daily life so much easier and more enjoyable, and I feel much more confident in social situations now. Definitely worth the price.

I have to say this Hearing aid is the best one I ever got! The perfect quality with unbeatable price. It comes charging box and many eartips just in case you need to replace it. The battery life is impressive, after fully charge, you can use it for a long time. You don't need to charge it frequently. The earbugs is designed small, which looks better. And it is comfortable when you wearing it. The sound quality is good too. You can hear sounds clearly with it. Overall, it is a great Hearing aids. I really like it.

The media could not be loaded. These are very easy to use, simple control for the volume and to change sound settings. Very easy for seniors to use and understand. Love how they included ear pieces in a variety of sizes. Ear pieces are comfortable and fit in my ears, almost not even noticeable. Good sound range, no squealing noise. Easy to use charging base and case, great for travel.

These OTC hearing aids exceeded my expectations. The sound quality is crisp and natural, with excellent noise cancellation that makes conversations so much easier. They’re comfortable to wear all day and nearly invisible once in place, which gives me confidence. The smart scene modes adjust automatically, and the battery life is outstanding—I can go days without needing to recharge thanks to the powerful case. Bought these as a gift for someone who "doesn't need them". Someone who does use/need them tested them out and declared them excellent. They weren't tested all day but were worn for several hours and they're lightweight with crisp sound, good noise cancelling and the over the ear fit is comfortable. I appreciate that the case itself can charge the hearing aids 4-5 times before needing to be plugged in. With 20 hours of service per charge they'll last most people through the day.

These were better than I expected. The last set I had gave me an awful feedback noise. These worked right out of the box with a slight adjustment to the volume. They are not bluetooth. They have 3 different sizes of earplugs for comfort. I didn't put the wire around my ear as good as I could have as I just wanted to see how they worked first. I think they will work well. They came with a charging cord and ear piece cleaner.

I have mild hearing loss which means I only need a little help in hearing better. This is my second pair of hearing aids from Amazon. The first stile worked good but were bulky and black in color. These wok great, are light weight and don't actually look like ear buds. I can hear better and they are comfortable. I would definitely recommend these.
