Can’t get ear plugs out of charger. Ear plug L or R no way to I D ?? To hard to use and handle earplugs.

Manufacturer stated that under normal use, I should experience up to 10 hours on a single charge. These units did not make it past five. This is useless if you're trying to use the hearing aids at work. Amazon is sending another pair and we'll update if there is any improvement. So far, I do not recommend.
