I tried it out after charging it up. Then I boxed it up and submitted a return. It's too loud even at the lowest setting. Background noise is unacceptable. The charger does not have a battery so you must be near power to charge.

As soon I received this item, I looked at it and it appears that he name 'instrument' is incorrect Sound was not clear and it had so much eco coming up. That made me wonder if this is counterfeit or not. But not good product overall. I didn't like it.

One of the two hearing aids would not close with the battery in it. The other one closed perfectly but the whole package had to go back (and Amazon charged me a $1 return fee to boot). Expect very poor craftsmanship here. The instructions are written by someone who doesn't speak or really understand English too. Go in with very, very low expectations otherwise you will be very disappointed as I was.
