I didn’t like these and I’m returning them. The volume control didn’t seem to work for me and I tried several different times but couldn’t get rid of the screeching sound. Other than that, they would have been fine because they did amplify the sound well.

I have severe hearing loss in my right ear and pretty good hearing in my left ear. My hearing loss started at 12 years old after a horrible ear infection that spread to my inner ear and almost killed me. After three surgeries I ended up with about 60% hearing that I knew would degrade as I aged. Now, at 60, I have about 20% hearing in my right ear but knowing this would happen I always took very good care to protect my left ear. Then about three months ago I got tinnitus, in both ears and at times it's louder in my deaf ear. So, I was hoping these hearing aides would help overcome that. This is my opinion, and I have worn hearing aides in my bad ear before (expensive ones too) so this is not my first rodeo. These particular hearing aides work very well for me in my deaf ear. I have to run them on high though. I really could use a little more gain adjustment. For my left/good ear, I was hoping to overcome the very annoying tinnitus. Well, if you have decent, 60 year old hearing these things are way too loud, even on the lowest setting. I wish the microphone gain adjustment would go lower and higher. The right one works so well for me though, I'm going to keep them both. The battery life per charge is simply amazing on these things. And the amount of times you can charge them in the carry case before recharging it is also amazing. I have recharged (well, only one because thats all I use) at least ten times and the battery level is still at 61% on the carry case.

These are not hearing aids. They are more of an amplifier. They do not work at all for someone with mild hearing loss. They supposedly have 5 volume settings, and I turned them to the lowest setting, but really didn't notice much difference. I put these on and it did nothing to increase or improve the sound quality of my television across the room. I stirred something in a metal bowl with a metal spoon though, and it sounded like I was standing next to a cement mixer. And when my dog started barking. . . they had to come out. I had them in for 5 minutes and knew they weren't going to work. My spouse wanted to see if they would work for him, and he could not even put them on. So, for a bigger person, they are too small to go over the ear. They had to go back.

I bought this for my dad. He was having a hard time hearing in his left ear. He only uses the left one but loves it! And he cant wear earbuds because they hurt his ears but these do not hurt his ear!

I am currently in a career transition period and often need to attend various offline training courses and industry seminars. The intelligent noise reduction of this hearing aids rechargeable is performing exceptionally well. It can effectively suppress the surrounding interfering sounds, allowing me to hear the lecturer's content more clearly. I bought these hearing aids from Amazon Dec 2025, worked great at first. March 2026 the aids will not turn on ! no green light even though the charger says they are fully charged at 100%. Trying to find out how to contact the seller, NO information found. The booklet says they are warrantee but doesn't give any other information. Found the website for the seller NVBOTY , NO information for support or address or phone number to call. Of course the 30 day to return to AMAZON is up so now what ? I put in a complaint to amazon regarding an issue with the seller, so I hope they respond. Renee/Tucson AZ
