I very seldom take the opportunity to review items but in this case it was so terrible that I feel implored to share what we have went through with this purchase. Complete waste of time, effort, and money! Almost like a child’s toy. The first of two would not except the battery and came broken where the battery would fit in to the hearing aide. The second hearing aid works intermittently and there is no rhyme or reason to why it comes on and off because the switch that is there for you to turn it on and off does not work properly. Once again you can imagine the frustration a senior would have and what we went through trying to tell my mother that it was her problem and then finding out that it was the hearing aid itself. Don’t waste your money on a sub par product. Stay away! ... show more

    • Worked great to begin with now does not stay attached.
I love the hearing aids but the plastic piece that inserts into the ear keeps coming off the aid and I can’t get it to stay on. Help,

Even on lowest setting it really boosts the sound literally too much. The fit is uncomfortable and awkward. The low tones (or bass) are omitted and only the high tones (or treble) come through. Whistling or feedback occurs with anything near it and roaring is heard when there is silence. Not a hearing aid but a cheap amplifier. I am returning it. ... show more

    • Don't last long apparently
Got mine today and not even 3 hours into using them one of them has completely stopped working. I changed out the battery to make sure it was not just a bad battery but still nothing. I heard a ear piercing static before completely stopped working. Not very happy with these so far.

The left ear worked perfectly for about ten-fifteen minutes and then, suddenly, the volume became so loud that I screamed and pulled it off. My adult son heard the scream from another room, and rushed in. I told him what happened, and we both agreed that I should return it.

    • Shrieks feedback in my ear. Thanks for making my hearing loss EVEN WORSE.
DO NOT BUY. No matter what level it's on it shrieks feedback into your ear. I'm already going deaf, that's the last thing in the world I needed. Ripoff product, save your cash and your ears.

It came broken with faulty volume regulator and no sound coming out of one of the earpieces. It’s not even the same as the product illustrated on the box.
