"I was very surprised by the quality of these hearing aids for people with hearing loss. They are very small and discreet, they are almost not noticeable when using them. The battery lasts a long time and the rechargeable case with screen allows you to see the charge level easily. In addition, the case has UV light to help keep them clean. The sound is clear, amplifies the voices very well and reduces the background noise a lot. Without a doubt, an excellent option for its comfort, ease of use and value for money. I recommend them!”

Absolutely NOT happy with this product. I tried to use it with the cushions that were on the hearing aids but they were a little big so I pulled the hearing aids back out. The cushion from the left side came off inside of my ear and I had to go to the doctors office to get it removed. Did a return on the hearing aids and dropped them off at Staples like the return said to do. It’s been 15 days since I dropped them off and it STILL says they aren’t refunded, it instead says Ruturn Delayed. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again and I will dissuade anyone else from buying too!

I am returning. Have had for 6 days. Has now started to whistle and is not keeping volume level. Initially really liked it. Could hear well with it but after a 6 days is loosing its quality. Have taken out each night and charged. Last night did not either charge or lost its charge as it began to beep twice then went dead. 😢

I bought these hearing aids for my mother-in-law, and she is very happy with her gift. She says she can hear conversations much more clearly and finds them very comfortable to wear. The materials look durable, and the devices are very lightweight. The size fits your ear very well, so they stay securely in place without causing discomfort. They are discreet, easy to put in, and the charging case with its UV self-cleaning function is excellent. The battery lasts a long time and charges quickly. So far, they have worked very well and have been a great purchase for improving my mother-in-law's life; she is smiling again and is no longer in a bad mood, all because She can hear much better now.
