This product shocked me. I didn't expect them to work as well as they do. I don't need hearing aids but I have a hearing impairment that affects my hearing from having scar tissue as a child. that had ear surgery. I charge them daily and they come with a case and 2 charging USB cords. i have been delaying writing about these since i was afraid they would just quit working . but so far so good, I even quit wearing them for afew weeks and just stored them in the case in my closet. but had some issues with the hearing and charged them up and started wearing them again, I will say they advise you to be careful around water ( like washing your face, ) they do pick up background noises but if you adjust the volume control they improve with that. over all they have been a blessing for me so far and im glad I purchased them

I really like them. I had to get use to these so I did one ear at a time. I like the packaging and I like the charging set up. they are very sensitive so if you are clumsy or have big fingers, be careful. You hardly need to touch the volume control. You do have to fit the right ear plug on the unit. It was snug and I had to push it hard. One might harm the product if you push or pull to much, but luckily I do not think I harmed it. It is hard to remember to turn off the ear plug before putting them away but I must remember. so far I am doing good. It does buzz some so I can not turn it up really loud as I feel I might break them, but I just did it a little at a time. the correct ear plug fitting is a must! I always put the right ear aid in the right side of the storage and the left in the left side so I can use the same ear plugs for the same ears. One of my ear opening is a bit larger than the other but most humans ears are the same. you will like this product.

To be honest it is just an amplifier of all sound. My hearing loss is more specific with certain frequencies. So I do not need the frequencies that I can hear fine to be amplified. Actually I am waiting for a decent price product ( not thousands of $$$) where I download an app, it test my hearing with the h. aid and it sets the H. aid to only boost frequencies that I have problems with. The other problem I have is the frequency loss changes each day, LOL.

An uncle needed some affordable hearing aids, this worked as expected, uncle said it was great to be able to hear better and did not require an expensive doctor visit and subsequent expensive prescription hearing aids

I left home for a long, important eventful weekend, without my hearing aide charger . I ordered these to get me thru. They arrived the next day . Thank you Amazon! They are fantastic. I wish they were a little smaller but other than that they were ideal.

The headphones on the left don't work at all. The headphones on the right have a static type of sound, and the volume buttons have no effect on this kind of sound. The product quality is poor.
