The hearing aid has 5 volume levels. Volume cycle: 1 → 2 → 3 → 4 → 5 → 1 Start with low volume and increase gradually. How does the automatic cleaning cycle work? Every time you place the two hearing aids back into the charging case, a one‑minute automatic cleaning cycle begins. The cycle runs only when closed – opening the lid pauses it. Just close the lid and the case does the rest.
