The media could not be loaded. Received these last night and unboxed and put them in first thing this morning. Wow - immediately had to turn down the TV volume. The sound was very clear and I did not notice any echo. Found the volume button and adjusted them down some to eliminate a squelching sound when inserting. It comes with several different size ear pieces, cleaner equipment and a charging case. Good for three charges then case needs to be recharged with USB (included see photos. Seems a very good value for a very small price- I will update with info on battery life at a later time if any issues only. Comfortable and simple to use. Appeared to be fully charged on arrival too!
