Simplicity
To confusing but looks like a good hearing aid

The app charge is outrageous
Have not decided whether or not to keep as I just received it today. The attraction for me was that it could be controlled/ adjusted with an app on my phone. That being said , I was totally blown away that the app charges $15 / week to use! Seriously that would have been good to know beforehand
