Read what i posted it tells you everythingThe hearing little things that you really miss out on like conversations and trying to do the best you can isnt good enough! Sometimes you need a boost on mids because of someones vocal speech!!....not only that if you say the wrong thing because your not paying attention will get people wondering whats wrong with you in a group conversation!...I know everone hates having a huge bulky hearing device hanging out of your ear but lets just say this if you have slight to moderate hearing loss for the price check these out!...you cant just eq them to what you like this is straight up amplifying sounds mostly mids and highs the frequency ranges on all people but if you try these i think you just might say wow!! These are affordable without pricetag of thousands of dollars and you dont have to buy batteries! Think of this easy to replace these compared to all other brands easy to charge and easy to carry little box that charges these! No im not into the sales pitch kind of person but to me these are quite inpressive for being on amazon products! If you get them right away put them in your hand out of the little box it beeps 4x and starts out at level one find the best earplug that fits the ear canal and twist them until they stop squealing. Snap your finger on both ears and rum them together it will be quite unreal! Now im sensitive to really brittle highs so the direction of the microphone is very inportant pay attention to that and then enjoy them!! If they sound distorted means battery is really low slap it back in the box it will charge it for you i have the pair so i alternate always having a full charge good luck!!!...... thanks elephant ear! ... show more

I’m 69, and my husband was always complaining when I said I didn’t hear him. So I looked to see if I could find something. These sounded great! They were horrible. They squealed in my ears every time I sat down or stood up, leaned over etc. Worse that that, I could hear my voice in my ears when I talked. Sent them back immediately. ... show more

Bought this hearing aid for my mom as a little help since she doesn't really need a medical device, just a little help. Very well made and works brilliantly, obviously it doesn't get lost in the sound distance or volume. So far, Mom has had great feedback on it.
