I purchased this pair of hearing aids for my mother to use while in the hospital, since at this pricepoint we can afford for them to go missing. We had an issue with the first pair, since Mom tried to use them on their own while poorly medicated--and customer service could not have been better. The second time, Mom--who hates getting help from family members--was able to figure them out on her own, even while not feeling well at all. There's one on-off switch, and a second button to press for 4 different sound levels. Simple and easy to remember. Mom said they were very comfortable--better than the ear buds we tried. Sound feedback was close to zero. Echo was minimal. The charging case was also very simple to use, and the charge held a very long time (even though nurses offered overnight recharging). Although nothing compares with custom-fitted hearing aids, I'd recommend these for anyone not willing (or not able) to spend thousands on pair that might get lost or stolen. A great "starter" set or temporary solution for hospital patients, travelers, or stubborn, independent elderly family members who refuse "help".

These work great for my mother who had used more expensive hearing aids that didn’t work well. The charging case makes it easy to charge, show battery life, and contain them so they don’t get lost. Each ear pieces also has color coding so you know which ear it goes to and it has a great length to comfortably fit over and in your ear. Lots of great accessories including multiple ear pieces, and even Q-tips for cleaning! Highly recommend to others with hearing disabilities!

These Flaygo hearing aids are the best hearing aids I have tried. I am very pleased with the way they work. The sound is clear. They are easy to put on. They can be worn comfortably all day. The setup only took a couple of minutes. They charged quickly and stayed charged all day. I have recommended them to my family and friends. I am planning on buying another set just for backup.

I bought these Flaygo hearing aids for my dad, and he really likes them. He has been having trouble hearing conversations, especially when there is a lot of background noise, and these have made a noticeable difference for him. They were easy to set up, comfortable to wear, and the sound is much clearer than he expected. He says he can hear people better without constantly asking them to repeat themselves. It's been great seeing him enjoy conversations with family again. For the price, these hearing aids are a great value. My dad is very happy with them, and that makes me happy too. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a simple and affordable hearing aid.

I got these for my dad who has been resistant to the idea of hearing aids. I got these because they are easy to use (they turn on automatically after a few seconds once you remove them from the charger, and there is only one button to press if you want to volume to change from low > medium > hi). After he put them in I was surprised because he said he could hear everything better and didn't take them out right away :) SO I guess that is a success! They have different size fittings for the ear included (s,m,l) and some q tips and a cleaning brush and cloth. The instructions are small font but they don't really need to be read, just put them on and when done they charge in the battery case which can plug into USB to charge up the case. When he wears these, I actually don't see them unless I look closely, the part behind the ear is hidden by his hair.

Got them for my sister to replace ones that were not recovered from a hospital stay. They seem to be comfortable for her, a nice lightweight pair. Easy on. Slight delay, but nothing terrible. They came fully charged. They arent prescription hearing aids, but she can hear much better than before, so its a win in our book! The case is excellent to hold them and charge them up.
