Believe all the five star reviews, I've tried many off the shelf hearing aids and these would be a bargain at three times the price. Sound quality is excellent and the controls are very easy to use and sensible. They do look a bit old fashioned which doesn't bother me.

These are excellent hearing aids. Very easy to use. No silly complicated "features". No blue tooth, no useless "modes". Simple on/off slide switch. No buttons to hold for 3 seconds. No quick double presses. ... Just a good easy to use hearing aid. It would have easily rated 5 stars but one of them has a constant "white noise" hissing. No, its not my ears its the hearing aid. We will see if the replacement is any better. Oh, ...the sound quality is good, adequate for moderate hearing loss. ... show more
