Nowhere near almost invisible. On/Off functions volume also works as advertised but within a minute a loud feedback squeal. Once set where the squeal is not present an opening of the mouth caused a squeal, or a hand approaching the mic causes a feedback squeal . Believe me that squeal is loud.

I should have known not to get these. Had a few reviews then a bunch of shower heads 🙄. The hearing aids work. However, they are all treble sound, not good for hearing problems. You can't turn the volume down enough to make it comfortable to use. Sounds like you're in a tunnel. So if that doesn't bother you, then you should have a better experience. ... show more

This devise does not produce much amplification at all. Instead, it produces a lot of noise. The noise level is much louder than the amplified sound. The amplification is very low even at the highest level of 4, much lower than the noises.     • "Tunnel" background noise
I understand the inexpensive cost but the background "tunnel" or "sea shell" noise counteract the any help the product would provide.
