Yes, I can hear you now. A sentence that was music to my wife's ears. She was used to me saying, what did you say? Or would you repeat that? I had known I had a hearing loss for a couple of years. Local hearing centers wanted between $2,000 and $4,000 for a pair of hearing aids. So I searched Amazon and after reading all the specs, I ordered these. They come with lots of different sizes of ear pieces so I spent about 20 minutes changing them out and found a perfect fit for both ears, Then I had to adjust the volume levels to eliminate feedback. After getting them all set up I can say they really do work very well. The included charging case is very nice. When inserted in your ears they are hardly noticeable to anyone looking at you but they are very noticeable to me as I can now hear everything I was missing. For me, they are just perfect. my grandma been asking me to buy something that will help her to hear better. it was frustrating to talk to her and not get an answer sometimes. She was in tears when first time used this product. it keep good charge as well, and almost invisible. Good product

When I first opened the case, I thought the items were a little flimsy looking, and poorly constructed. However, after using them, they're perfectly serviceable. I don't know what half of the items are for, as there's no documentation or even a QR code to a video, but I've certainly used the brush a few times along with a couple of the other tools. The case everything comes in is...fine? It doesn't open all the way and tends to close, so you have to keep it open while you're getting the item you want, but it's not a big deal. In addition there's the following items: Small microfiber cleaning cloth 1 x Plastic tool with small brush on one end, and very long plastic wire on the other, with a magnet in the middle 1 x small flathead screwdriver 1 x tool with a long brush on the side and the other end has a small loop of metal 1 x tool with something like the end of a paperclip 1 x tool with a slightly larger loop of metal 1 x very long plastic wire, not attached to a tool I'm not sure I'd pay a lot for this kit, but I absolutely have used it a number of times, and it's been helpful. ... show more

Used the smallest tip and it would not sit down in my ear snuggly. High pitch sound while inserting about blew my eardrum out. Makes Everything louder, not just what you are trying to hear. I had to return them.

I am a relatively new user of hearing aids. There are maintenance issues needed to ensure they continue to work as new. This kit provides all the items you will need to clean and renew the sound quality. And this really needs to be done, if not weekly, at least once per month.
