These have been the best aids out of many I tried. They insert into the ear and the beige color is far less obvious than others. I don't feel like they will fall out either. The seem to be quite secure. I liked that I had multiple domes to put on so I could get the best fit. I also like the charging case since it registers the amount of charge on the display. They charge in a shorter time frame and last for a long time on a full charge. After adjusting the volume a few times, I found the perfect setting. If it is turned up too much, too many background noises are heard. There is not a one setting fits all, so don't be afraid to experiment with the volumes. It's really amazing to be hearing sounds again that I thought I was hearing but wasn't. I am not constantly asking people to repeat themselves. These hearing aids look like phone ear buds; therefore others can't tell that I am wearing hearing aids. I can wear just one bud if I wanted to. They are rechargeable with LED battery indicator and are neatly stored in a little case for easy carrying. The sound quality is decent.

I like how this product has two colors. Blue and Red. Easy to recognize, find and grab them than beige color ones. Little display screen shows battery life for individual right and left ear amplifier. *Charge 12 hours before the first time use says product (but the both right and left ear amplifier came fully charged) Charging cable and different sizes of silicone domes are included ... show more

    • High pitch sound is very annoying
I got this for my grandmother and found this hard to use. First to adjust the sound, you need to use screwdriver that it comes with. No way to easily adjust volume after putting it in your ear. To turn it on, the switch needs to be moved from “O” to “N”. The letters are small and hard to see, especially for seniors. I found it easier to turn it on before putting it on, but then it makes a loud high pitch sound which is very annoying. The sound is so loud that it hurts the years. The sound quality is not as great, can only hear if something is right next to you on either side. If the sound is in front of you, like watching TV, it’s hard to hear and the sound is muddy. When I talked, I can hear myself way louder than other people talking. I’m trying to hear others not myself. Besides that, it comes with a nice case similar to airpods to recharge and comes with a lot of tips. Some of the tips were hard to put. ... show more

These little guys are powerful! It literally makes it sound like you're speaking through a microphone and can decrease the volume on your tv by half! I did hear a lot of general house noises amplified but I don't have hearing issues. I'm sure someone who does would find this invaluable! I love how discreet these are (little ear buds) and come in a little rechargeable carrying case that looks like headphones.     • Very happy finally
Since I have tinnitus in left ear I have battle to hear other people talking I also try to listen to people and I try to talk low volume but it is hard ever since I got the tinnitus . I have still then experiment with hearing aids, I don’t have to wear both hearing aids I can just put the one in my left ear and I can hear I just have it on low and the TV is on low I’m just amazed on this working. I have experimented on a lot of hearing aids and I would say two or three was OK but this is the first one that I don’t have to put both hearing aids in to be able to hear and I try not to cry, but I’m really pleased with this because it’s so hard to hear to be with somebody.
