These are very nice. They're one of the few brands left that actually fit, and have a manual volume control knob. They're just amplifiers, but they work perfectly.

I’ve had mild hearing loss for years and hesitated to buy expensive hearing aids from audiologists. These ones are such a budget-friendly surprise! They’re lightweight and barely noticeable behind my ears, no ear ache even after wearing all day. Multiple soft ear domes fit my ear perfectly, no annoying feedback noise. The noise reduction works well in restaurants and busy streets, I can catch conversations clearly without loud background buzz. Charging case is portable, battery lasts all day on a single charge. Volume and mode buttons are easy to adjust for seniors. Setup takes only 2 minutes, the manual is straightforward. Now I can watch TV without turning the volume up max, and no longer keep asking people to repeat themselves. Worth every penny, highly recommend for anyone with mild to moderate hearing loss!

These are very effective. I lost one of my "real" hearing aids and thought I would try these as a backup. They far exceed anything I expected . I even bought my sister a pair. You do have to turn them on to use and off to charge. I wrote "on/off" on the little case and that reminds me each time. They are very comfortable and the sound quality is clear and "clean". The case is small and easy to throw into pocket or purse. It is also self charging.

I bought these for my dad who is nearly 84 & has been having trouble hearing us lately. He is very satisfied with these new hearing aids & was so happy that I found these for him. They are so much more affordable than the expensive ones sold by audiologists for nearly $5000 and these work really well for him. He has been able to hear us much more clearly than before I ordered these for him. Our family is very grateful for your wonderful & affordable product which has made such a huge difference for my dad.

Liked how they feel and seem well made. Only issues why I am giving 3 stars is the 5 pack I ordered the dark green and dark blue are smaller than the light blue and the Grey ones. Not by much but enough that they don't stay seated over my chin if I talk at all. Will update if this is rectified.
