Imagine a baby in hearing aids.... yeah, their little curious minds can't leave them alone. While my kids has been actually really good about keeping her hearing aids on, she is also still a baby. After catching her with one stupid in her mouth, using it like a megaphone... I needed something to help keep them on. I use these AND a little pilot hat, and that seems to have done the trick! The other one I have is cute, but the clip on it doesn't grip well, and she can easily slide it off. (Pictured) This one, while not as easy to put on the shirt, is also not easy for her to get off, which is the goal. The clip is plastic, but it's a nice quality plastic that i can't see breaking easily. This one also doesn't have elastic string like my other one, but that really doesn't make any difference for us. They fit her phonak sky hearing aids great, and I'm hoping these will work when she gets her cochlear in a few months. I will try my best to remember to come back if there are any issues using this on a cochlear! If you're a parent of an aided kiddo, these are a must have to keep on hand! This $14-27 can save you so much stress and money! ... and just the peace of mind knowing their aids aren't going to get popped out and lost or thrown. 😅 *also included is the little hearing aid cleaning/ battery removal tools! I keep these in every bag and room, so it'll definitely get its use, and I love that they included it with these

I lost one of my hearing aids about a year ago on a vacation, and the app was able to fine it, but by the time I found it a car had run over it and smashed it. I was amazed that it was still able to talk to the app so that it could be found. There was no fix for it, so Costco replaced it, fortunately still in warranty. After that, I was afraid to wear them outside for fear of losing it again. These lanyards fit well, and when clipped will most likely keep the hearing aids from disappearing. Maybe now I will wear them more when I'm outside. These are reasonably priced, and I recommend them.

Thanks to these, I have no more worries about my Oticon hearing aids accidentally getting lost. I've got tiny ears and I've had situations in the past where they accidentally pop out and I panic about not being able to find them. They're expensive little things and I need them! These clips were the perfect solution!

I avoided wearing my BTE hearing aids during the height of the Covid pandemic because the mask straps tended to "slingshot" my aids off my ears. I'm wearing the aids again, but I worry about losing one, because they are so small and are only held in place by the thin wire between the BTE body and the ear insert. I thought these hearing aid clips might solve the problem. They do connect to my aids without blocking the button switch, but other aspects make them less desirable for my use. First, and most important, either the clip or the metal crimp on the strap or both tap against the body of my hearing aids. This sound is likely inaudible to anyone else, but it causes an annoying noise in my ears. There should be no metal near the hearing aid. So many devices come with a tenacious thin cord that loops through a eye on a radio or camera, much heavier than a hearing aid. That would've worked well on these hearing aid clips. The idea of clipping the tether to the back of my shirt collar is unnecessarily awkward. I would've preferred a spring clip, and a slightly longer tether so I could more easily attach the tether to the front of my shirt., and remove it more easily. This BTE hearing aid clip may work for others, but not for me.

We got this set because the hearing aides my family use are so small and easy to lose...but very expensive. Usually they're so small that it's easy to drop when my parents are trying to adjust them. So far they are working to help keep the ear pieces from falling and becoming harder to find. Easy to install with nimble fingers. We do have to remove them for charging. Its good this kit comes with 4 necklaces and a cleaning brush.

These have been great for my husband. He lost a hearing aid while raking leaves. We looked for hours as hearing aids are very expensive. The hearing aid was the same color as the leaves. The only way he found it was to go out at night (his hearing aid pairs with an app on his iPhone) and he used his phone to cause the hearing aid to blink at him as he changed settings on it. It was a shot in the dark, literally, but it worked. Thankful we do not have to do that again. These guards clip from his collar to the hearing aid. He won't lose them again when working outside. Great purchase!!

These clips are perfect for securing behind-the-ear hearing aids. The clip is big enough to easily use. The bands grab perfectly on to the hearing aids (and can stay on even when not using this clip). This system gives much-needed reassurance that the expensive little hearing aids won’t go missing. I recently ordered a fairly expensive (for me) set of behind the ear hearing aids. Unfortunately, they fell out of my ears on several occasions. The last time I found the missing aid in our driveway and decided to only wear them in our house. With these clips, I no longer worry about the hearing aids falling out of my ears. The clip attaches firmly to my shirt, and silicone bands fit on the hearing aid. Recommended if you wear behind the ear hearing aids and have any concerns about having one fall out of your ear.
