Bought this to do situp at home. Before I was doing sit up on the floor with a yoga mat. It is very hard to do situp without someone else pushing down at your feet. Also, you will feel that you are hurting the end of the spine every time you want to go up. This bench helps me to lock in my feet so they do not move when doing sit ups. Also, your back will feel a lot better after doing multiple sets of set up. However, I hope there is a vertical grip to help you get up after you are done with the set since your abs are sore toward the end of the set. ... show more

I like my sit up bench, it’s easy to install and pretty sturdy that even my 1 year old girl crawl on me while I work out it didn’t move. I think there is a missing part about the screw in the manual but still pretty easy to figure out.

My wife got this for her to use (I weigh too much for it) and even she's worried sitting on this thing. Not well built at all. Unless you're 100 lbs wet, I'd pass on this one and get something a bit sturdier. The folding feature is nice, but not at the risk of this breaking underneath my wife.
