The title says it all. Uses the same socket as your camper stabilizing jacks. My camper has a 500# tongue weight, lifts it without issue. I recently had purchased this Tongue Jack and installed it on my travel trailer RV. I used my Black and Decker 20v drill with a 3/4 socket to effortlessly raise and lower the jack when the camper was fully loaded. I just had to try the crank just to see how that works in comparison to the manual one I had removed. The cranking up and down also seemed easier than the original tongue jack. I purchased an Electric Tongue Jack Cover, MBOOM 600D Universal Trailer RV Electric Tongue Jack Protective Cover to help keep the top of the jack dry. ... show more

This jack was great, until it wasn't. I purchased it about three years ago as an upgrade to my old jack. The old jack still worked fine, I just liked the features of this one. Last week, the handle just fell off the jack. And because its 2 years past warranty, the company won't do anything about it. For the price I paid, I fully expected this jack to last many years, just like the existing one did. But as you can see in other reviews, I'm not the only one who experienced the handle falling off. This is obviously a problem that the company should be willing to fix, but they're not. So, if you buy this jack, the handle may just fall off in a few years. Keep in mind, once the handle falls off you cannot raise or low the jack. This could easily leave you stranded at home or your camp site. In my case it fell off just as I had it hooked on my vehicle. I was able to tow just fine until the foot of the jack started to lower itself while driving down the road. This happened because the handle is what stops it from rotating. Once the handle fell off the vibration of the road caused it to drop. Once it dropped, it started to drag. Then I had to cut the lower part of the jack off, because there was no way to raise it back up. This repair had to be done on the side of the road. Do yourself a favor, don't buy this piece of junk or support this company. Had the company taken the proper steps to fix my issue, I would not have left this review. All they did was suggest I buy a new one and gave me the phone number for their sales dept. No way Am I giving them any more of my money! ... show more

I love it because I just use my drill and it goes up and down so fast and is no cranking by hand anymore that is awesome super happy The trailer I have it on I don't use very often so I don't know if it is going to stand up to the abuse that it's gone through in the past with the other ones but this way it seems to be built just fine it was a very easy install just a couple minutes and it was done All you got to do is remember to keep your chill with you and you're good to go on and off in seconds! I will be buying more of these in the future for the other trailers also. ... show more
