This small chicken coop features a removable pull-out tray for easy cleaning, a waterproof asphalt roof, and front/top doors for easy access. Made from solid fir wood and galvanized wire mesh, it’s perfect for small pets like bunnies and chickens We have 2 bunnies and they both are so happy with this, it is very simple to assemble and the wire netting is strong, I'm happy with this especially for the price I shopped around and I wanted my bunnies to have plenty of room to play and this size is perfect when you connect the 2, my bunnies are pretty large and are very comfy. Will buy again. This was exactly what we wanted for our new addition to the family, and our bunny absolutely love it! Great buy!! Assembly was easy, so easy my 12 year old took on the task with minimal adult intervention. We set it up on vinyl sheet flooring so clean up is easy. The setup was very very simplified, it took me less that 30 minutes to set the whole thing up. It's very durable and spacious for my 12 quails. I love all the doors that allow access from multiple area of the cage. Very east to maintain. Definitely worth the costs. This little house is perfect for my 2 pet ducklings they loved it if it rains they go under it or inside we open the door and they go in and out We paint it to white color, the enclosed upstairs house has an easy access door for us to change our water and add food, we love it !

This is a very small coop. It assembles very quickly (30 minutes from opening pkg to completion) and the instructions are clear and concise (I'm a 60yo woman). It is solid, but the wire mesh is thin so I wouldn't recommend it if you have predators or dogs that have a prey drive. They could get into the enclosure with a little work ( my aggressive mini Dachshund would be able to). Nice little cage for 1 small Bantam type chicken or a rabbit. Great price for what you get. I purchased this for baby chick's. They will definitely outgrow it in about a month. I put a chair and a toy excavator next to it so you could see it's size for comparison. ... show more

    • Do some research, save some money and build your own.

The materials this is made out of are very cheap, and none of it was packaged very well. All sides of this hutch had cracks, dents, or breaks ON ARRIVAL. The bottom tray does slide, but it's so large and cumbersome. This especially makes it difficult because the wooden braces for the bottom plastic were broken on arrival, and the bottom plastic was cracked end to end, running straight up the middle of the tray. The "gravel" material for the ramp has been coming off, bit by bit since before I opened the box...I can't imagine that being a healthy thing for animals to ingest. Some aspects of the construction are decent, but, as the company used subpar building materials, the screws provided split each piece of wood they were drilled into. Buyer Beware: Make pilot holes, or suffer the consequences. Really unhappy with the quality of materials chosen and the haphazard way in which it was designed to be put together, the entire thing is steadily resting in on itself, and definitely sags toward the center. This makes the larger door difficult to open. The latches are trash...TRASH! They constantly get stuck backwards, and over rotate making it easy for smaller fingers to get pinched. The hinges are probably the most fitting piece of hardware, but the folding bracket arm for the lid could be replaced for a better time, it has a locking mechanism that when younger users unlock the lid can slam down quickly, and it's definitely the heaviest singular component due to the "roofing material" on the top. TL;DR: I could have watched a youtube video, and spent $70 at a big box home repair store and made something a million times nicer any day of the week. Hello Amazon buyer's, so I got this cage and it is just as described the only drawback that I have found is half of the screws that were pre-installed in the hinges and other parts of the cage are either really loose or stripped so be careful with the drill and do not over tighten also a couple of the pieces of wood did split when putting in the screws so be careful ... show more

We moved our newly feathered chicks into this before introducing to the rest of the brood. Only down fall is that there is not a door going into the coop from the ramp. We are training the chicks to stay in the coop. Needed to build a door to lock them in at night. Otherwise it's sturdy. And a good value. Easy assembly. ... show more
