Surprisingly high quality

After researching all manner of methods for propping up books for shelf display, I hit upon these as what looked like a "too good to be true" option, but the overwhelmingly positive reviews and attractive price/return policy made them seem worth a try. Glad I did! As so many have noted, they're EXTREMELY sturdy and stable. Also, the simple and understated design is perfect for those of us who'd prefer to draw attention to what's being displayed, rather than the display mechanism itself.

Very sturdy, great quality
Item Shape: 6 inch (2 pack)
CONSTRUCTION: The display frame is made from a metal square bar instead of the typical round wire found in most. The frame metal is what appears to be powder coated instead of a paint that will crack/rub off. USE: The display angle is great. Forward enough to allow for viewing of the plate/picture, but angled back enough that there's no worry of falling. Also, I found the angle provided a view without a lot of light reflected off. I thought the front bar piece going across would distract but once I had my picture on the stand I didn't even really notice it WHAT COULD BE BETTER: Little foam pads would be nice so there's no danger of scratching table tops. Not that there really is a worry anyway, but foam pads would be nice. I have some adhesive black foam I will cut for pads. OVERALL: A great product especially for the price!

Repurposed book stand!

Using it to display a softcover book. My only complaint is that I wish it were a little wider, to better support the distributed weight of the book to prevent sagging, but I'm using this for an unintended purpose so I can't fault the manufacturer. Good build quality and stability, it has some substantial heft to it so I imagine it wouldn't budge even with a heavier object on it. Definitely recommended.
