I have now used this pot for several months. The pot itself is top notch! It’s super thin, making it very light weight, yet it’s sturdy and doesn’t feel like it’s going to dent easily or warp. The nonstick coating seems to be of very high quality and truly nothing sticks (not rice, not cheese, not pasta…). I also like that the lid has a see-through top. Like other reviews have pointed out, however, the handles are a fail. They actually conduct heat, so you have to use oven mitts to even touch them, in order not to burn your hands. The locking mechanism is also clumsy and the design makes cleaning them a pain. After drying the pot on the rack, you have to make sure you towel-dry the water that sits in the part of the handle that swivels, if you don’t want that water to drizzle back onto the pot or other things. The size of the pot generally works, but is a bit tight if you’re cooking spaghetti. One year update: No changes in my opinion. If I could find a pan that has the same non-stick quality, I would be in Heaven! I’m not abusive with the lining, as in I avoid using metal instruments, but even the rare fork that might touch it leaves no scratches or marks behind. If only the handles were better! ... show more

This pot is super easy to use and has some very cool and efficient features! It's sturdy and has a built in colander as the cover has two different types of holes on each side to use for your presence when making pasta for example and draining the water! The handles also lock from the cover to the pot handles so you don't have to worry that the cover will come off as you are straining! Very cool pot and love the color I purchased as they have other colors too! Highly recommended! ... show more

Had this type in red. When my son moved out I gave him mine. Thought this would replace my old one. Nope. Feels cheap. Very thin and poor quality. Does work though.
