This review is for the Glittme 3-layer ferret hammock with dark green mushroom print, listed at $7.99. The print on this hammock is too cute, and the colors are vibrant. The inside material is soft and fluffed up even more after washing. I like the fact that there are 6 straps for hanging, as most hammocks in this style provide 4. This keeps it more stable and since the weight is distributed across so many straps, it reduces the chance of any of them breaking. The clips are better than a lot of the ones seen with other hammocks – they are carabiner style, which makes getting them off and on the bars of the cage easy. They are also removeable which means I don’t have to worry about them snagging on other items or getting ripped off in the washing machine or dryer. Glittmme even includes a package of 2 extras. The hammock is pretty tall since it has 3 levels. In a ferret nation cage it needs to be hung next to the shelf, as there won’t be enough clearance if it’s above the shelf. My ferrets took to it right away and it fits even a larger ferret such as my girl Annika, seen in the photos. I have several of the multi-level hammocks, and because of the extra straps, carabiners, and adorable pattern, this is my favorite.

My rats like their hammocks, but it takes them a few days to adapt to the smell of something new intruding into their castle (cage). This is day two, and they are now using the top of it, so that's a start. The hammock itself is pretty solid, it may hold up to my destructive girls, it may not. But either way it adds something new for them to explore and cuddle in (and swap out with their other hammocks). It's fuzzy and soft, and I think that I've got the rats' approval. They don't always cuddle, and the extra middle hammock gives them an extra cozy space for when they need a little distance. The size is good for rats, and fits nicely in the center of their tall cage. My girls aren't that large, so it gives them plenty of room. It hangs from six hooks that hook to the top of the cage easily. All in all I'm very pleased with it.

I got a package of similar ferret hammock things sometime last year (for my snakes, because I don't have ferrets), so when I saw this one, I figured I had to get it for my newest addition (a Boa Constrictor Imperator). Then when I saw that one of the color options was the exact same as the ones I'd gotten last year, that was the clincher! So now each snake has a matching ferret hammock to hide/play/sleep in :) And they're super soft and easy to clean! The color I got was "green mushroom," I think, and it's just gorgeous. If you've got ferrets, kittens, or other small animals (or even snakes), these will be the perfect addition to your setup!

The pattern is adorable, with bonus points for being neutral. The cloth is soft, on both sides, with pretty sturdy clips to attach to the sides of a pen. Its a nice size for small animals like guinea pigs, ferrets, rabbits, etc. I used mine for my 7 month old rabbit, however he didn't use it to climb. Instead he made a little best with it, works for him so it works for me! Easy to clean in the washer, but bag it up first or you run the risk of damage to your washing machine.

Great jungle gym and cuddly bed all in one! Both of my guineas like the same pocket and try to both get in so it's great entertainment. In and out, constantly, until they finally stay put and pick a spot. It's kept in the back corner but low enough so they can access easily. It's machine washable so I wash it with their towels. One seems to enjoy chewing on one side of it, so hopefully that will stop so they can enjoy it for a long time.

Pattern Name: Stars
This doesn’t have any foam or any sort of support it’s just fleece fabric. The exterior is very low pile fleece while the inside is lined with a longer pile fleece. The hooks are better than the last one I ordered by another brand.
