Package was all taped up like it was a returned item sent out to another customer. It was easy to install and it serves its purpose. There were some scratches on it and some built in wrinkles in the fabric that probably won’t go away. Time will tell how it will hold up after summer. I purchased this to create privacy for a patio that sits just a few feet from our street. I liked that it was retractable since our neighbors often stop to chat, and I didn’t want a permanent barrier. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to use the product because it must attach to a building or wall on one side. That requirement was not clearly stated in the product description or shown clearly in the images. I had assumed it could function as a freestanding unit, which it cannot. I returned it for a refund. This may work well if you have a suitable wall for installation, but be aware that it is not a standalone privacy screen. ... show more
