Description

Your pet will always be part of the family. Always and forever cherish their memory with Pearhead’s pawprints memory box. This black, wooden box includes a 4” x 6” photo insert to display your best friend picture. Before your pet goes on to the rainbow bridge, make their print with the included 100% Pet safe clay. The box includes one package of soft, air drying clay, a ruler for cutting, a roller, and double-sided tape. Simply knead the clay for 2-3 minutes and roll it out. Press your pet’s paw in the clay gently but hard enough to create an impression. If you make a mistake - no problem; you can redo it as many times as you need until you get the perfect impression. Once finished making the print, use the ruler to create a square around the impression. Then let dry for 1-2 days and use the double-sided tape to stick the print to the gray backboard mat. This keepsake memory box can be used as an urn to forever cherish your cat or dog. The lid of the box is hinged, making it simple to open and close and place the print, picture, and ashes inside. The large box will fit ashes for an animal up to 100lbs. You can also store your pet’s leash, collar, and favorite toys in this memory box for safe keeping. While your pet might be gone, their memory will forever live on and you can always keep them close with Pearhead’s pawprints memory box. Excellent box for my dog's ashes. I have 5 of them so far and am pleased with all of them. Holds a lot of items inside besides the ashes, will keep buying as I will always have a dog in my life.

Great quality, great sizes, allows to fit the ashes and my little girl collar and personal items. I like to be able to customize with my own picture and keep my angel near me

Perfect to remember your loss pups
Color: Black Clay Pawprint Urn
We’ve had to buy 6 of these. They’re very well made and sturdy. It’s strange to say but it looks very nice. I have their ashes and collar in the main compartment…with their death certificate and fur clippings. Our biggest dog’s paw print takes up the entire frame so it was perfect for us. I miss them dearly. ... show more

Thank you
Color: Gold My Heart Urn
Lost my dogs a few years ago and they had been in the vets urn that they gave us. This is much prettier and a quality place to rest that they deserve. Bought 2 of them

Nice memorial for pet
Color: Black Clay Pawprint Urn
Very nicely made wooden urn box with flip top lid. Comes with what you need to make a paw pent if you’d like to, otherwise can use that side for something else. Large space for bag of cremains, pictures can be taped in to border to show in the front. Can personalize with a naw plaque if desired

Don't buy it for the paw print kit
Color: Espresso Clay Pawprint Urn
The box is nice, feels good quality (a bit thin, but still sturdy), and has plenty of extra space for a collar, leash, and maybe a favorite toy. The picture frame area is simple (spaced apart by cardboard) but effective. My main complaint about the box would be that the lid does not snap or latch shut - it's held down only by gravity. So you'll need to engineer your own securing mechanism if you want it. If this were just the box, I'd give it 5 stars (well, 4.5 stars). The paw print kit is close to useless. It's some sort of water soluble foam. It sticks to hair, so you need to wet your pet's paw before making the impression (otherwise it sticks to the hair and stretches up when you remove the paw). But because it's water soluble, any water you add ends up dissolving and smoothing that part of the impression. It also rises a bit as it dries, so any shallow part of the impression will disappear as it dries. It is still soft when dried. And (probably the worst drawback) it's not a permanent impression. If you get it wet in the future, it will dissolve. I ended up using my vet's service, which included a more traditional plaster impression of the paw. It is *vastly* superior in quality. Much more detail and much harder. The only risk is that I'll drop and crack it. The box the vet's service gave me is designed to screw shut, so it's much more robust than this one. But smaller, with no slot to display a photo or paw print. So I haven't decided if I'm going to transfer the ashes, or just use this one for photos, the impression, and collar + toys. ... show more

Very Happy with Oso's Resting Place

We had to put our little Oso down very unexpectedly on May 17, 2021, while we were vacationing. Our neighbors what our fur kids for us at our home and have done so for awhile now...makes them very happy they are "home". Oso became sick so suddenly and our vet (after blood work and xrays) couldn't figure out what or why and we had to make the decision to lose our sweet boy at only 9 years of age. We were lucky to be able to video our goodbyes and be with him as he crossed over the rainbow bridge. You can see from the pictures that we had him cremated and they put his remains in a little tin and a little red bag. I wanted more, but since I wasn't here, I had to decide after-the-fact. I looked and researched a lot until I made this decision (hoping it was a good one) and it was. I was delighted. The opening is very narrow, so you can see from the picture here that his ashes are in the box sideways, but I didn't really felt it mattered. His ashes, collar, tags, vet records, and sympathy cards we received are all nicely tucked away in the box with him. The vet had done the ink print of his paw and sent it with their sympathy card and we used that for the paw print area. We have saved the materials for a paw print for one of our other fur kids. The front IS glass and it's really lovely. RIP Oso 5/17/2021 ... show more
