We absolutely love this metal hose - wish it were longer, but wanted to test it out first - and we will definitely be purchasing a longer version! I have been guilty of leaving my water hose turned on & laying in the sun, and we all know what happens after that. The metal hose helps solve that UV exposure issue and I love that it doesn't kink. The length isn't great for wandering about to spray at longer distances, but it certainly has its purpose. We have been using it to hook up our pressure washer, which already has longer hoses available, so it works great for that! It also works well as a fast option, when you only need to do a quick job & don't feel like wrestling the big 50 ft hose around. We will definitely be ordering a longer version of this hose, but the shorter one has its place too. You can't have too many great tools & accessories for yardwork and home maintenance. The quality of this hose is great, there is no leaking at the connections, the hose is lighter than expected (it is only 10 ft long though), but I will update if anything changes. So far, we have absolutely zero complaints, and we 100% recommend!

I like metal wrapped hoses. They don't easily kink, are light weight, and are just easier to work with than the traditional rubber or plastic hoses. This one has good, heavy brass fittings and a plastic piece that keeps the end connections from bending to sharply and breaking. It is a good little hose. There is one small problem. The end connector, for attaching the nozzle is almost completely hidden by whatever you attach to the hose. Less than a 1/4" is exposed. Not enough to get a finger or hand grasp on. So, every time I want to take the nozzle off, I have to go find a pair of pliers. One star off for this very annoying defect.

I live in an apartment but am still fortunate enough to have a garage and can also access the outdoor water supply. This hose works perfectly for this situation. It is very convenient, taking up a minimum of storage space and being easy to handle when drained. I join a couple together to allow me to reach the hose connection valves on the building. The way the hose expands as it is filling with water is a little different than the traditional hose. I find that if I lay the hose out before turning the water on, things go more smoothly. Once finished with the hose, I coil it starting from the connection point. This lets gravity drain the hose, giving me a very light and neatly coiled hose, ready to go on the shelf.

I ordered the 10 foot model hose with a specific purpose in mind, and that was to connect it to a dehumidifier in my basement, and run it into a drain. I wanted to do this so I could stop wasting my time fooling around with the catch bin that only holds a half gallon of water and shuts off the unit when full. What I received in the package appears to be a quite sturdy and pretty well made hose with nicely machined brass connectors, and a tough outer covering. It’s lightweight, even for its relatively short size, and so far, seems to be delivering as promised. The adjustable nozzle that came with it looks like a pretty decent accessory I will refer to as an “extra,” but the fact is, though I tested it, I have not needed it for what I’m currently using the hose for. The spray gun has ten settings and smoothly transitioned from one setting to another, so I give it a passing grade for build quality. Overall, for the relatively low price, and for what you receive, I can recommend this hose.

I have purchased a few different hoses in search of a lightweight, non-kink, flexible solution for watering inside my small greenhouse and occasional supplemental watering in a raised garden. The issue is that I have low water pressure in this location. Normal hoses are pretty heavy to drag around and kink easily given the 90 degree turns necessary to get everywhere in the greenhouse. Fabric hoses are lightweight, but my water pressure isn't good enough to keep the hose "full" so any curve becomes a block/kink. They are almost too light and it tends to be difficult to get them to stay out of the beds as I move around. This hose works pretty well and seems to be a good weight balance: heavy enough to stay where I want it to as I move around, but light enough for easy maneuverability.. A heads up though, although the hose ends ("couplers") are a standard size, the diameter of the hose itself is a bit smaller than "normal". This is actually a benefit for me as it increases the water pressure which is a bonus.

I recently purchased this garden hose, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with its quality and performance.
