I started by buying a 30' Bionic hose. It was so great that I bought a 50' one and then a 75' one. The 50 and 75' hoses are their "Pro" ones. I haven't had any trouble with any of them after several months. They are lightweight and they don't kink. I hated dragging around the standard hose, even if high quality. Now, I spot water without any thinking because it's so easy. I didn't use their nozzles. I hold my nozzle with one hand and wind up the hose quickly with the other. I have one hose left that's a standard. It, like my other old ones, is in perfect condition. I feel guilty about replacing them but the Bionic is so much better and so easy to use. I live in southern California so I don't know how the hoses work in very cold weather.

I have used several metal hoses over the years that leaked, so I have a good sense of what to expect. This particular hose is great for light, careful use—it is easy to wind, does not kink, and is easy to handle. The shorter length is especially convenient, but it is important to note that these hoses do not tolerate much abuse. If you pull too hard or drag them around rough corners, they are more likely to develop leaks over a short time. That said, with proper handling, this one works wonderfully after 8 months. Just do not expect it to hold up under heavy-duty use. I do hope that someone makes one for that.

Excellent product, never kinks, easy to maneuver even with the total of 150 feet. It is lightweight, looks great and a solid connection of two 75 feet hoses with no leakage. I would recommend this product for anyone looking for a great water hose.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: My wife bought this 100’ hose 1 year and 1 week ago, and it has been great. It’s in our front yard, she uses it daily to water her plants. It does does not kink! However, today the metal jacket broke, and it started leaking from the inner liner. My wife ran down to the local big box store and purchased a regular rubber placement hose. I looked up the warranty info, which claims to be 5 years. However, step 1 is ship your broken hose to New York , New York. Since we live in California, I’m guessing that the cost of shipping will be roughly equal to the cost of a new hose. Nevertheless, I’m going to send them this broken hose to test their warranty. We really liked this hose (till it broke) and will update this review accordingly. I must say, this hose was replaced very quickly, no questions asked. I lagged sending it in ($37 shipping) but they sent me a replacement super fast.

Very light weight. This hose is a a winner. I hate coiling hoses and this hose is a pleasure to put away. Had bought last year and loved it so much bought another for me and 2 for my daughter who has a horse ranch. She loves them. Got ran over and squished a bit but did not affect the quality.

Great hose. Love it. The only issue is the pipe size inside is a little smaller than a standard hose that restricts the flow a little more. Much easier to move around than a standard hose though. I have a few of these.

Best hose I have ever owned. Never kinks, light, very easy to manipulate and rolls up compactly. I use 2 x 100 ft and there is no issue. Only had it one year, so unsure about longevity, but great so far.

I bought the 100 footer (best buy for the $). It is a pretty good hose in that it does NOT leak at the ends like numerous other flex hoses I have tried. Also does very well with not kinking when moving around and using. it is also an ease with winding back up to put on the hose rack. But... Do NOT run it over with your small (or larger) vehicle. I accidentally did it with my small car and it had a flatter spot in it. The hose still worked fine, but whether pressurized or not, it WILL at least distort when pressurized and completely flatten when not. Also, do NOT leave out when the temperature is at or below freezing. I forgot about it and the temp dropped. The very next day (after the temperature was back above freezing), the hose sprung at least three leaks. The flexible material inside the casing does NOT do well when it freezes.
